I have no complaints. My stay was well pleasurable. I would like to, however give special thanks to Wesley at the front desk, he was very courteous and accommodating, especially that he speaks English well, we were able to communicate with ease and also the cleaning staff who always have a warm and pleasant look on their faces. One in particular name Molin.

Basics not in order
They tried to make it look nice however
1. No window in the room
2. Small bed
3. Bad pillows, more decoration than to sleep
4. Extreme noisy building
5. Airco making a lot of noise
6. No hot water for shower
7. Very little water for shower not enough the shower
8. Very limited choice and quality of breakfast
This hotel tries to get good reviews but does not deserve it, the small details and a staff that is instructed to be nice (does not cost anything) does not desguise the fact that this hotel does not have the basics in order and does not care about that. They have only focus on money, and it shows.

It’s very nice and the staff are very helpful
I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere. They were very helpful. My only complaint is that I am a sports fanatic and I was unable to navigate through the tv. Only the night before I left I had someone fixing my problem.

Sehr nette Hotelangestellte. Kühlschrank ja, aber zu voll gestellt mit Getränken die zum Verzehr anregen aber im Verhältnis zu teuer. Frühstück 2 mal gut, 2 mal eher nicht. Frühstück oben auf dem Dach, Überdacht. Dort ist auch der sehr kleine Pool

I found this hotel online, I saw it was nice and close to the bus station to go around in Dominican Republic, this experience was really bad, there was a bad smell From the lobby to the top, they don’t have elevators if you go there you will die going up with your bags. The service is really bad there was a man from Haiti in the lobby that he didn’t give me the right information and he always had a bad behavior , I didn’t receive any information about the internet, minibar, nothing he treated me as a thing, it was just one night and I’ll never repeat and would recommend this place because the service. They don’t have organization at all. The only person that gave me a good service was an old lady for breakfast, but after that I just wanted to run away from that place.

Not sound proof rooms: heard people in the hallway and kids crying in their rooms, and the bass from the rooftop bar. They don’t have 4 pools… only 1 hot tub. The had a QR code to order food that didn’t work. Internet went out and was off and on. For the price, I wouldn’t go back.

Had a lovely stay. Got a very nice room and it was nice and cozy, very spacious. There's a mall that's a quick Uber ride away and a couple restaurants within walking distance. I went for a concert at the nearby stadium and I was able to walk back afterwards and avoid being stuck in traffic, so it was super convenient.
