We had a wonderful stay, Fira is not as busy as Oia. We enjoyed the view out from our room. Everything was perfect.

I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place.
I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs.
The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open.
I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in.
Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from.
On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful.
I think the staff were friendly and very nice.

Great views of the volcano from our room. We visited in December and it was cold and cloudy so we did not sit outside in our little balcony. The breakfast in the morning was excellent - the room was very clean and well maintained. Special mention to Eddie and Reception (Panos and the lady) - both of whom were kind and attentive to our needs (we were short chargers and when we asked they were promptly provided). Great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

We stayed for 2 nights the Nefeles Luxury Suites. We enjoyed it a lot. There were 4 of us and we stayed at the Grand Suite. There was a 2 story room - downstairs was a foyer, dining area and 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There was a coffee maker and fridge and a TV. Fully air conditioned room. Upstairs was another bedroom with its own bath and shower. The room has very good amenities - toothbrush, toothpaste, bath accessories and ample fresh towels. The bed was very comfortable with a comfy comforter. We loved the room. There was a private indoor hot tub and a private outdoor hot tub. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning. The view was exceptional and the location in Fira is central to everything. Lots of shops and restaurants around. One thing to be mindful of - there are a lot of steps . Up and down to the room and to everywhere. If you have a problem with walking and steps this is something to prepare for. The service was exceptional and we loved our stay!
