Hotel Ibis segue o mesmo padrão em todo lugar,  mas especificamente no Ibis Gonzaga o atendimento
foi muito bom e a localização do hotel é o diferencial. Café da manhã também segue o padrão igual
para todos os hotéis da rede.

It was very good and the location of the hotel is the differential. Breakfast also follows the same pattern.

Gosto muito do hotel, mas precisam de uma melhor manutenção.
1º quarto era de piso frio e a janela não abria, troquei.
2º quarto eu creio que a cama estava quebrada, mas estava cansada e fiquei. Passei uma noite em claro devido a bagunça de hóspedes que estavam até jogando bola no corredor.
3º quarto, enfim paz.
Voltarei, mas já com o quarto certo.
A equipe é muito atenciosa! 

I really like the hotel, but they need better maintenance.
1st room had a tiled floor and the window did not open, I changed it.
2nd bedroom I believe the bed was broken, but I was tired and I stayed. I spent a sleepless night due to the mess of guests who were even playing ball in the hallway.
3rd bedroom, finally peace.
I'll be back, but with the right room.
The staff is very attentive!

Very well located on Gonzaga beach, with many restaurant and entertainment options nearby. Also provides easy access to the main roads leading to other beaches such as those off the North Coast (~1.5h away). Only downside is the parking, which is a separate company from the hotel. It is a valet parking, so it can be quite time consuming during peak hours such as ~9AM, when the guests at both Ibis and Mercure are leaving to the beach. Waiting time to pay for the parking and receiving your car can easily reach 30min.

I like the hotel very much, but they need better maintenance.
The first room was cold floor and the window did not open, I exchanged.
2nd room I think the bed was broken, but I was tired and I stayed; I spent a night clearly because of the grudge of guests who were even playing balls in the corridor.
Third, peace.
I'll come back, but I'll get the right room.
The team is very careful!
