I recently celebrated my birthday weekend at this incredible hotel, and my stay was truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to Nikki, who made my experience seamless from start to finish. From pre-arrival arrangements to booking external activities, her exceptional service was impressive. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a diverse range of delicious options. The hotel's location is ideal, situated near a mall and numerous activities, including a helicopter experience and dinner in the sky. The ambiance is serene and relaxing, with on-site restaurants, a spa, and beautifully equipped rooms. This hotel is perfect for families, with a variety of kid-friendly options and entertainment. The evening fire show is a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique, relaxing, and memorable experience. Its exceptional ambiance and top-notch service make it an ideal choice for any special occasion.

Nice family hotel stay ！ Nice welcome drink and quick check in service upon arrival. We got free upgrade deal and got a very nice room with balcony. Breakfast was with great variety & there activities for kids too. Hotel room service is also impressive, just a 0 or WeChat, they will send you your request. Will definitely recommend to stay.

This is a beautiful hotel resort on the beach. We got a lagoon room with the pool outside our patio. Breakfast was very nice and included.

Loved it! So extended my stay🥰 Fantastic - Would recommend the premium room over the deluxe Seaview room, much better layout and views. Nikki was professional, very helpful, and provided fantastic service. She was always available when I needed her! Also 吴玉姐 was very efficient, the room was always cleaned very well, presentable and she spoke English and helped me with my mandarin!!

I, my husband and my two kids (ages 3 and 5) just had a wonderful 3-night stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, Aifen (the GM) and her team, especially Nikki, did everything to make us feel super welcome, including: a speedy check-in process, fruits/ pastries ready in the room, luggage brought up right away etc. After a 3 hour drive with kids, this was so appreciated. The rooms were so lovely, with the “Little Prince” theme. We appreciated all the thoughtful artwork, toys, and small amenities for kids — slippers, robes, body wash etc. But the part that really blew us away were the children’s activities: the little train, the well-designed water park, the bubble and foam party, the indoor playground, evening performances for the whole family, arts&crafts and even go-karting! Even the buffets had special kids sections and special plates and utensils for little ones. To say my kids were delighted is an understatement. Nikki is a gem—she was so responsive to all our needs, answering questions via WeChat within a few minutes. We also had the pleasure of running into the GM a few times; she was so warm and lovely and she remembered my children’s names after just one quick introduction—so sweet! Like all Sofitels, the hotel was modern and spotless. It was simply the loveliest family vacation we’ve ever had. We look forward to returning to Sofitel Sanya! Merci Beaucoup!

We had a great family holiday. Nice room with sea and pool view. The swimming pool and dining are great, very nice beach as well. Murca Xiaoliu has been very helpful, excellent service. Very nice stay. I duly can recommend this hotel. Children are happy.

Emily at Front Desk is awesome! She supported the professional reception staff with an efficient check-in, and we were grateful for the early check-in to our room. Thank you Emily for escorting us to our room, sharing hotel information including our Club Room benefits, and attending to our requests efficiently. Your personal attention made us feel very much at home. We really enjoyed our breakfast choosing the main dining room for the variety. Thank you Jason for your friendly service. To the hostesses of the Club Lounge, thank you for your friendly assistance and service. I chose our accommodation with Club Room benefits based on 3 previous stays. Unfortunately, my husband and I found the selection of food nondescript and dissappointingly, not up to our expectation or reflecting the room rate. Our room service dinner, had it been warm on arrival, would've been enjoyed more. The prawns and the tasty coating would've also been enjoyed more had the body shell been removed (given that there were 4 prawns, could have an extra 2-3 minutes been given to do so)?

Three nights at the resort. Millesime ocean front room and upgraded to suite. We always enjoy our lounge access and particularly happy with this one as the weather was very warm so we were constantly refreshing ourselves and keeping cool in the comfort of the lounge. Excellent food options. Only disappointing thing was the Thai restaurant which we thought was terrible. Poorly made food overcooked thai beef salad and watery pina coladas. Resorts should have better standard food. Restaurant downstairs was Excellent for lunch very good food. Breakfast was also a good selection. Ambience overall was lacking and something Sofitel needs to imorove to compete in the luxury segment. Room was Excellent however the lobby, lounges and other public spaces feel a bit cheap as far as furnishings are concerned. Pools were Excellent. Beach is also excellent. shame no Swimming permitted. We were happy with the room location. Easy asscess to club lounge and restaurants via elevator. Best quality bed in a hotel room ive experienced for a while. Absolutely wonderful sleep quality. Staff were great and we appreciated the extra mile.

The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous, the service was top notch, and the room was quite good. Overall it was a happy stay, I will definitely comeback

We arrived on 26th and made an urgent booking on trip.com for my whole family of 9 pax with 3 rooms for 5 days. Despite different bookings and duration of stays at the very last minute, the front office staffs try their best to accommodate all our requests, very thankful to Emily especially helping us throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we love the environment very much and enjoyed the relax atmosphere in the hotel. Rooms are spacious, good view, windy and facilities are good. Breakfast with very huge variety and freshly made food. It will be better if there are more activities for the adults, almost all are chargeable by duration. Much better to provide free activities in future.

Very good hotel, nice facilities. Not many option in food for foreign people. I think it should be improved in this point. The Pools are so nice. There is not possible to swim in the sea and there is not any beach furniture to enjoy the sunny day in the beach.

Amazing infrastructure. All new and clean. The staff are very kind and welcoming and give you a very fast response. An enormous activities and fun for kids. Breakfast is fantastic with a lot of western style food available too. Although ALL staff were perfect, my special thanks to Ms Nikki, Ms Apple and Ms April (relationship manager, club millesimme and restaurant). For sure I will be back.
