酒店不大，很適合親子，酒店熱門的打卡點我們都沒去，每天客房小童中心家庭泳池三點一線。小童俱樂部不大，親子活動安排的很滿。沙灘不咋滴，酒店也有一點老舊，公區做的還挺漂亮。下面重點誇一下服務，管家Shay 非常nice的小姑娘，提前兩天電話聯繫加了微信，入住前一天詢問需求和到達時間，入住當天門口接待一直送到客房，臨走還給我家兩個小朋友準備了小禮物。從車子到達酒店一直到我們離開，酒店的工作人員真的都給我提供了滿滿的情緒價值。非常棒的體驗！

特別好的一次體驗，來三亞度假首選了，價位也不算高，估計淡季吧，早餐的咖啡和茶可以跟專業店媲美了，特別喜歡成人泳池，沒有小孩的吵鬧，絕對情侶首選，拍照也很出片。

這次入住很滿意，Nina超級棒，酒店外觀非常的奢華，進入大堂就很喜歡，進入大堂迎面就是服務人員非常熱情親切的打招呼，客房非常的有氛圍感，床墊非常的舒服，浴室浴缸也很乾凈，工作人員都非常的專業很熟練的應對各種查詢，處理問題非常的出色，能夠及時為客人提供服務。這次飯店比較早，很巧的是在前台下續住訂單遇到了Nina給我們快速解決續住問題，一次性把所有手續解決避免了來回來前台排隊的問題，入住期間有任何需求也是想在我們之前，給我這趟旅行增添了不少色彩！
