房間環境非常好，很大，能直接看見大海。還有車送到海邊，真的能在酒店放鬆一整天，酒店各種節目也很好，小朋友也能玩淘氣堡。並且賓客關係部的小黃pite 服務非常周到，從入住前到離店後，每天都關心很到位。推薦旅友入住哦。

房間：挺寬敞，中式裝潢很好。唯一不滿意的是空調不製冷，換了一間仍然不行也就放棄了。開着窗睡覺有蚊子。被子沒有空調太熱了。
服務：管家小黃pete很幫忙，4棟三樓客房服務阿姨很幫忙態度很好，酒店其他工作人員也都很有禮貌，客户關係主管也很友好。唯一吐槽的就是前台處理空調的男工作人員，掛電話，不耐煩，太影響
心情。修空調的工程部也不懂，明明沒修好，愣是折騰客人一上午。
親子活動：很推薦4-9歲小孩，活動不是很多，到時兩天夠了，小孩很開心。遊船很有氛圍。

很驚喜的一次體驗，開完會在高鐵上倉促起意定的賓館，預訂完很快就收到管家小金的電話，不僅很快安排好了客房，還幫忙升級了一個遠眺大海的房型。酒店的客房像棕櫚葉一樣的分佈，下面是一條小河環繞，像一個熱帶的莊園，走進去就感覺洗去了班味。第二天早晨在酒店旁的海邊休息時，小金還幫忙延長了退房。總之是很滿意的一次體驗～

酒店環境非常好，設施齊全，活動豐富，服務貼心，整體感覺非常適合度假。就是園區有點大 第一次會迷路，鬆弛感十足。賓客關係Nicole小胡也很貼心，主動為客人提供酒店活動時間、項目和路線圖，遇到問題能夠很快提供幫助。

酒店都挺不錯的主要想誇一下前台有個hana的女生我沒記錯名字應該是這麼拼的，昨晚我到店比較晚 但是我本人睡眠質量又比較差所以是很需要安靜的房間 我跟她提了需求她第一時間幫我去協調房間而且全程態度特別好因為是比較晚入住主動提出給我指引回房間點贊一下 房間也確實不錯很有私密感
