這次入住三亞瑰麗，酒店位置很好，對面就是蜈支洲島。房間衞生也很乾凈，打掃很及時。酒店設施也很不錯，無邊泳池非常出片，每個地方都很適合拍照。賓客關係主管Ryan的服務很好。下次還會選擇

入住全程體驗非常不好，服務員溝通非常費勁，延遲入住不説，定了兩間房，另一件房打電話催兩遍五點多才把房卡送來。申請個延遲退房，跟送卡的服務員説，結果第二天説跟本沒延，第二天跟前台説衹能保留到1點，要離開了又一個客服來電話要好評，跟她説延遲退的問題才給延到兩點。辦入住時因為酒店系統問題，前台衹收了按金，我在平台交了全額房費擔保，也不清楚還要交。之後前台就一遍遍打電話問回去交費，我五點才拿到房卡出門去吃飯，非常影響心情。還能跑了賴賬不成？總之不是一個適合帶孩子玩的酒店。

酒管家 Annie 的服務彌補了酒店的短板，相比仁恆，亞特適合孩子的項目的確少了許多。但房間品質一流，所有要求有求必應。送給小朋友的甜品完全星級水準，秒光。房間浴池小童大童的最愛。下次還會入住

每次來三亞，都會住瑰麗，這次來本來定的是太陽灣柏悦，到達柏悦後，發現給到的房型和我定的至尊海景房的圖示完全不一樣，3分之二的海景背前面的房子遮擋，酒店辯解説是這樣的，後面果斷換酒店.還是換到瑰麗，結果到瑰麗後，給我的180度海景房是低樓層，且進到房間，浴室門膠條脱落，想電話酒店前台安排人來處理，結果房間座機電話沒電，後面去前台溝通，酒店幫我換房到高樓層，但是隻有雙人房，只有第二天再換回大床房，真的太折騰了，想問一句，三亞現在酒店的整體水準都這樣了嗎？圖一是瑰麗，圖二三是柏悦
