Pet-friendly Hotels in Sanya

I booked the hotel for my 3 days holiday. I would say this was a memorable experience for me at MGM. It has a great location at Yalong Bay, with just a few minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor of the hotel looks like a waterworld park, with a lot of swimming & sunbathing places, and even a small water playground for kids. I enjoyed the surf experience in the hotel. Room was very clean, and tidy, and up to standard. We were staying in the lagoon room, with a swimming pool in the front. The pool water was very clean. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of both Western and Chinese foods. Staff were super nice and really helpful especially Jelly Shen, who ensured a smooth transition of our room. She provided the flexibility and arranged different outdoor activities for us since we are not good in mandarin, and also provided sightseeing advices within the area. In these 3 days, she was more like a friend of us, provided exceptional support for our need. This was one of our best travel experience we had ever. I would highly recommended to stay here for those who like water activities or with kids.

Hotel service is extremely good. Not only are the staff efficient and polite, but the food is also delicious with good variety. In addition, the rooms are very clean! I would like to personally thank Chloe 鄺紫妍 from Sunset Bar for her amazing service and friendliness towards us during our stay. She had made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We hope to meet her again during our next stay at Mandarin Oriental!

The hotel is definitely great as the location is quite ideal and its proximity to popular tourist activities like aquaventure water park, several nature parks makes it quite convenient. The rooms are quite huge and as a family we had a great space to stay. The hotel has a variety of meals to choose from and is served quite promptly. Many staff are quite responsible and helpful in navigating the hotel and under its procedures. There was a delay a little bit when we requested for extra soap but this I believe may have been just one case. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Sanya and would like to enjoy and explore what Haitiang bay.

Actually I was trying to cancel the booking 3days before our trip, just because the beach in Haitang bay is not appropriate to swim (too dangerous). However by lucky they “refused” my cancel application while upgraded my order to the 180 angle ocean view room! This finally gave us a chance to experience a tremendous journey at Rosewood. Fantastic view, great facilities, wonderful services (reception, concierge, bartender, restaurant waitress, housekeepers etc). We really enjoyed everything during our stay, esp the celebration of our 9th anniversary! See you around Rosewood Sanya.

Amazing place to stay ; the location is super convenient but it can get noisy due it’s proximity to the beach : it’s a very active beach with many activities, helicopters and water sports with music from morning to evening but other than that the place is great with amazing and helpful staff

This hotel is very basic and old. There were some DIY fixes in the room. The shower and toilet has no separation. The highlight of this hotel is the area. So close to the beach. In my opinion this is the best part of Sanya . So quiet and not many tourists. The hotel had a little convenience store which was very nice and well~priced. There is a nice Viet-Thai restaurant nearby as well as a burger king, starbucks and KFC. Reception was nice and helpful. If I ever visit Sanya again, I would book this hotel for the Location, but next time I will book a room with an open balcony.

Lovely new artsy hotel – perfect stay! I loved my stay here! The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and were so helpful, friendly and efficient when checking into my lovely room. They don’t speak English but we translated everything easily and they were very patient and friendly! The décor is really modern with beautiful furnishings throughout. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. My room waswonderful and perfectly priced. The showers were nice and the beds, pillows and linenwere like a dream. It is directly off the road (but a very small road) so the balcony overlooked the road which didn’t bother me as there werebeautiful blossoming trees right in front and it was quiet at night. There is a very nice pool out back which is perfect for relaxing and unwinding! It’s about a 15 minute drive from the central Yalong Beach and 5 minute walk from the night BBQ market which is delicious!!! Free parking too which was great. Breakfast was nice too – simple Chinese style but tasty. Will def come back next time I’m in the area.

It is very close to Dadonghai. It is convenient for traveling and eating. The accommodation environment, facilities, sanitation and services are all in good condition. The room can see the sea. It is worth recommending and will come again.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Qingbai Meisu apartment and I highly recommend it. The location is perfect, especially for those who need to be near the airport. It is conveniently situated just 5 minutes away from the beach. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. The staff were kind and helpful, providing excellent customer service. They were always available to answer any questions and offer assistance whenever needed.

This time I went to Sanya and stayed at the Hyatt Regency Tianli Bay. I was very satisfied with my best friend’s birthday. After communicating in advance, we prepared roses and cakes. The hotel is very close to several attractions. The West Island Tianya Haijiao and Tianya Town are not the city center, but they are independent. It is very quiet to enjoy a beach here. We should focus on the strong Amway housekeeper Wang Jing. He is very considerate and warm before arriving. During the stay, all reasonable needs are met in a timely manner. When leaving, he proactively asks if there is any help. Thank you very much. This hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended.
