this place is awesome!! very relaxing it's nature vibes ❤️❤️❤️😘 room with own balcony and you can see the mountains clouds just wow the pool the food and the whole place is perfect!!

We got to the hotel early 7am. The hotel storage our luggages. The hotel has nice view. The foods are good and tasty especially the Pho or noodles. There are many stairs to get to our room. Staff are friendly. They help us carry our luggages to our room.
Morning breeze is so nice!!! Love the morning breakfast with beautiful view.

The food was terrible. I made a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes at the restaurant. The manager had a bad attitude. The bedroom was super dirty. Very small and stuffy. No windows. The stench came from the head of the bed. I couldn't sleep all night. I woke up in the morning and checked under the bedside table and lifted the curtain at the head of the bed and saw something black. Everyone try to guess. Plus 3 packs of cigarettes. The housekeeping staff used a broom to clean the bathroom and then the bedroom. I especially witnessed cleaning the bathroom first and then cleaning the bedroom. The staff said this is what they do. Horrible. More than 2 million for 1 room 1 night. My family stayed in 2 rooms for more than 4 million. We checked out even though we had 1 night left. 🥹😭😭

We stayed at the Mong Village for 3 days/2 nights, the best part about this hotel is the location. A little off limit from the village of Sa Pa, it brings tranquility and wonderful views of the rice fields and mountains surrounding the valley. The heated swimming pool with grandiose views is also a winner as I travelled with two teenagers more than happy to post pictures on their social networks. The architectural style of the hotel and bungalows fits perfectly with the landscape. The personnel of the resort is very nice and very helpful as they care to every aspects of your stay and propose themselves to arrange guided treks in the nearby villages. Included breakfast is very good and restaurant is ok too for dinner. Rooms are nice, a bit old but this can bring charm. Overall we spent there a fantastic moment and I would recommend to anybody!

We loved out stay at this hotel! Amazing view from the room on the rice fields terraces and the mountains. Very clean and beautiful facilities. We initially didn’t get the room we booked but after telling the staff they moved us the next day (we arrived in middle of the night) and offered a voucher for the restaurant. The delicious breakfast is offering a nice panel of vietnamese food, that’s what we wanted and loved it!
It’s a 5 min drive to the city I highly suggest renting a motorbike as it will save you from expensive taxi rides :)

A bad experience at Mong Village. I went in August 2023. When I first checked in, the room had no wifi. Room is too small and cramped. Old room not maintained. The second time I changed to a room, the room had broken electrical wires or cables, which was very dangerous, so the management let me change the room a third time to a larger room, but the room had a very musty smell and the water heater was broken and I had to take a shower. cold. The bed sheets had lice, so when I returned to Saigon I had hives and itching. The swimming pool was also very old. Many tiles under the lake were peeling off, cutting my foot. The hotel's evening food is also not good. Boiled vegetables are too old to eat. It's really bad. I hope management improves the quality of maintenance and food. But at this price it's really not worth it.

Best view for healing yourself You never regret for coming this place Especially the food This is a quaint resort with warming pool, like u can enjoy all day with view, food and swim. I hope u can try the cocktail in A Lu restaurant (in resort also) it's really nice
