We chose a much more expensive option than the average Homestay, hoping for better conditions and cleanliness. We booked 4 rooms with air conditioning, only one works. The lock in one of the rooms was broken. In the next room, the roof was leaking, which made it very damp and full of vermin.
We booked rooms with breakfast included, but it turned out that coffee or any other drink is not included in the breakfast package, which we found out only when leaving the hotel.
It was a big problem to communicate with anyone in English.
We booked two nights, but we left the hotel after the first night, hoping for a refund of at least part of the money, which we did not receive.

This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru *******. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone to have to experience what we went through so I suggest that ******* remove this hotel from their site.

The location is remote and view is excellent. Enjoy the drive and view of the valley full of rice fields. The traditional herbl bath experience in the cold mountain weather was extremely refreshing. The spa service with tools is unique and the masseuse are very well trained as if gifted with a natural talent. The experience is extremely rejuvenating and relaxing. Felt connected to nature with traditional local architecture elements and view of the farms. Unlike any commercial spa salons in the cities and touristy.
