Although we booked the non-smoking room, we got the smell of cigarettes and the toilet's bidet wasn't working.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The standard facilities are sufficient. It easily surpasses the quality of business hotels in regional cities.

The address displayed by Ctrip was wrong, so we dragged our luggage to another hotel late at night, and were treated coldly by the front desk of another hotel, throwing things at us. Everything is fine except for the wrong address. The room is very large and very satisfying. The location is okay too. It is within walking distance of Susukino and Tanukikoji.

The scary thing is that when I got the key and opened the door, I found the humidifier inside was roaring. I was worried that I had entered the wrong room, but after hesitating for a few seconds, I mustered up the courage to continue entering the room: it was a mess. No cleaning! After giving feedback to the front desk, I was moved to a triple room. But I am traveling alone! The triple room is not very big, I want a double bed room! But I was in a foreign country, unfamiliar with the place, and communication was difficult, so I decided to make do with it overnight.

Overall I was satisfied, but the biggest minus was that you couldn't store your luggage after check-out. If I had known that from the beginning, I probably wouldn't have chosen this place.

I made a reservation for two nights in a Western-style room during Obon. The shoji in front of the window on the Japanese-style room side of the room was torn, and when I opened it to brighten it, the dust waited and the child became asthmatic. There was almost no one at the front desk, and there was a problem with the hot water not coming out of the bath. It didn't improve on the first day, but after the afternoon of the second day, a Japanese man took care of it and it improved. Feels like an old hotel. I can't see anything from the window, so I feel dark. The bathroom had a bathtub and washroom, and the toilet was separate.
