We booked late around 21:00 and arrived at the hotel closer to 22:00. Despite pre paying in advance, we had to used to automated check in machine, that charged us the same amount again. The following day the reception staff told us to follow up with trip.com, which still hasn’t been resolved. I have paid twice and looks like I won’t be getting a refund at the moment.

First class worthy of a first class, nothing negative. Even if the 1ere Classe is next to a campanile and a Logis de France, if these establishments where they are, are a little isolated.

The room was very clean and hygienic. The staff was very friendly and patient in helping me connect to the WiFi! The area around the hotel is beautiful! The price was fair and I will come again next time.

Too bad the TV still doesn't work properly!
