Please don't stay in this hotel if u don't have a car . Don't have high expectations, otherwise everything thing is fine. View good, air good, staff good. A bit old hotel, the center bit too far away (walk around 30mins or more)

the hotel is far from the center of the city, there is no any shops nearby, we need to take 15 minutes by walking to the train stop.The room is quite small & thus is not a best selection

It was good nothing to complain

Stayed here with 3 single beds in a room; but it was actually 2 beds & a sofa bed. This may be a Trip issue as there was no documenting this was the case. I also had to pay extra for the hotel when I arrived due to tax. Finally, the aforementioned “sofa bed” wasn’t acknowledged by the cleaning staff as they made the 2 real beds in the day but not mine. The staff were nice though but to be honest I don’t think I’d come back here again unless the rate was ridiculously cheap.

Good got bit by mosquitoes

I went there for Novotel, but I didn't expect it to be an INN room, and it's far from the city. There's only a gas station in the distance, and no commercial facilities. Three people stayed in one room, one of which was a sofa bed. The quilt was hard and heavy, and it was very stuffy without turning on the air conditioner. The highlight of the room was that there was an outdoor swimming pool outside the window, with a good view; there was a cloakroom where you could stack suitcases and sundries, which was very useful.

Stayed for 1 night, excellent hotel. Reception staff were professional and friendly. One serious drawback that bothered me and that I think is a bad thing is that there is no cleaning at all during the day and evening. The outside area near the smoking area was filthy, trash cans had not been emptied, there were a lot of dirty cups on the tables, not inviting to go onto the terrace. In the morning you saw that cleaning had come by, but this must be checked continuously throughout the day.

The room is clean, comfortable and spacious, the service is thoughtful, it deserves praise 👍

Room was ok! Customer service was very bad. As if the reception doesn't feel like working. Super unfriendly too. There was no toilet paper so I asked reception to bring it and then she said it has run out, so no toilet paper in stock, room was cold. It's winter so I also asked for a blanket, reception said they'll bring it but no one came. 5 hours later I call back and she said oh sorry I'm bringing it now. I had made a request for late checkout and was not told I have to pay extra. On check out I was 2 hours late and I had to pay so much extra after going through all this.
