Everything went well. Only disappointment that they don’t have slippers. The floor is wooden floor. How do you expect people not having slippers. Do we really need to carry out slippers?

It is loud. No service. No garbage collection. No cleaning. It is one of the out dated hotel in the downtown. Don’t book. Ignore.

A modern hotel with an iPad controlling every device in the room

Amazingly nice hotel. I was really pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but oh so functional, the epitomy of interior design of small spaces. The rooms are fully smart connected, and you can control everything via an ipad, really nice. Althouhgh the rooms are on the smaller size, they still worked great for me, a 6ft5 guy. Two thumbs up, do recommend.

This was our second stay. Everything was just as good as last time, except that the shower water was not as hot as last time. Even when it was turned to the maximum, it didn't work, and the water volume was not as large as last time.

The room was very nice and clean. However, I was in trouble because I couldn't use the hair dryer in the room. I will stay again if I have the chance.

The room is not large, but the bed is huge and the shower is clean. It was neat and nice to be able to control lighting, TV, blinds, heating and cooling, etc. with an iPad! The location is close to the waterfront and close to the market, so accessibility is good.

Except that the room is too small, everything else is very pleasant. It is suitable for one person to live in. The surrounding environment seems to be average. However, Seattle is like that. Try not to go out at night alone in the city.

I have good memories of using the same brand in Paris in 2019. I made a reservation this time when I come to Seattle. I was satisfied again this time with the bathroom and sink, which were competitively priced and from a good brand. Also, the noise was more irregular than expected, making it difficult to sleep comfortably, and there were minor problems such as the shower room door closing a little too hard or the shampoo cap being broken. I was satisfied with the rest, but I was a little disappointed with the space and structure of the Canteen compared to Paris.

The room is very small, like a business hotel, the hotel is very new. The scenery of the sea view room is good.

The service is very good, and the security in the city is not as scary as others say.
