Loved the automated lighting features! Quick access to Pike Place Market and bus/train routes.

Everything went well. Only disappointment that they don’t have slippers. The floor is wooden floor. How do you expect people not having slippers. Do we really need to carry out slippers?

It is loud. No service. No garbage collection. No cleaning. It is one of the out dated hotel in the downtown. Don’t book. Ignore.

Solid but pricey. The room is small as advertised but location is great.

A modern hotel with an iPad controlling every device in the room

Amazingly nice hotel. I was really pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but oh so functional, the epitomy of interior design of small spaces. The rooms are fully smart connected, and you can control everything via an ipad, really nice. Althouhgh the rooms are on the smaller size, they still worked great for me, a 6ft5 guy. Two thumbs up, do recommend.

Perfect view! Amazing.

The hotel is very nice and new. Self-service check-in is available. You can ask for a room facing the sea. The view is good. We were randomly given a room that was not facing the sea at first. After talking to the front desk, they changed it for us. They can also help print things. The front desk is very nice. It is very close to the pier. You can take the ferry in 2 minutes on foot.

The room was clean, well-equipped and comfortable, the service was great, and the buffet breakfast was very good.

The location is perfect for sightseeing. As expected from a cost-effective hotel, the rooms are small but clean, making it suitable for a solo traveler or two adults without much luggage. The bar on the first floor is open late, so it's great for a quick beer without having to go outside.
