So nice hotel ! Located in great area

This place was clean but is a bit dated. Super convenient for the convention center which is steps away. The heat/AC vent was crazy loud like a hand blower in a bathroom. It made it hard to sleep since our vent was close to the bed. By far, this was our biggest issue. Also, my partner and I both like to have our phones charging on the bedside night tables but couldn't since there was no ports or outlets on one side of the bed (there was a lamp but was a wall attached unit). Breakfast was OK. It was my first time seeing chicken nuggets as a breakfast option. Muffins were cold. Bagels seems pretty blah for being so close to the bagel capital of the world. On the plus side, the did do custom omelettes. I would not stay here again.

We stayed one night before our cruise. We drove from Canada and arrived early morning. Check in wasn’t until 4pm but the lovely ladies at the front desk locked up our luggage, let us park and gave us access to a restroom to freshen up. We toured NYC for the day, the bus stop was just across the street, so convenient. And upon returning check in was a breeze. Our room was very spacious. We were a family of 6 and it didn’t feel right at all. Everything was very clean and comfortable except our pull out couch didn’t feel nice to us. We just put the mattress on the ground and had a great sleep. We checked out the pool, there is no whirlpool/hot tub. The pictures I saw must have been old. My son used the gym and enjoyed it. Breakfast was above my expectations! Very good. We definitely enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This is an excellent choice hotel, the value for money was incredible for five nights including ample free breakfast options, a gym, a pool and such easy access to Port Authority Bus Station (which is only a few minutes walk from Times Square), bus was frequent and easy to use so hardly any waiting around and only 15 minute journey time to central Manhattan . The room size was ridiculously good and with a Walmart and loads of restaurants close by the local area was much better than we expected. The shower was powerful. Beds and pillows so comfortable and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The hotel kindly let us store our bags on the last day too which made it easier. If you choose this hotel then I suggest flying to Newark and using LYFT to get to the hotel as didn't cost very much and was very quick from the airport.

This place was an awesome alternative to staying in Times Square and a fraction of the cost. Super convenient hopping on the 320 bus out the front door drops you right at time square and runs every ten minutes. We are a family of four and a standard hotel room will not accommodate us. We did the two king bed room and was perfect. The breakfast had a much larger selection than I expected and the rooms as well as the hotel were very clean. Staff was ultra friendly.

Pros - the rooms are huge. The breakfast is very busy, but well run. Parking is free. The price is good. Cons - OLD! Feels like you stepped back to the 80's. Room is clean, but everything is very old. Stained couches, curtains and carpets. I arrived after a cancelled flight at 1AM. Checkout was 11. I asked for an extra hour for late checkout, I was told NO. If I wanted an hour, it would be $30 for the hour! No thanks. Will not be returning.
