Excellence counter service and great spacious room. Lack of variety of food in the restaurant and compacted landscape design with less vibrant greeneries.

Love the pool. The hotel provided daily free shuttle service once a day at 11am to the Grand Batam Mall. The return transfer is at 3pm. We had a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom villa. Beautiful room with a view of the pool. We stayed in to use the facilities - gym, indoor pool, table tennis, bicycles, there is a Games Room (billiard, table soccer, basketball hoops, darts - all of which are free!). Breakfast menu changes everyday. Good variety. Would definitely love to come back. Next time for a longer stay.

Overall, it was a good experience. Nevertheless, charges of F&B at the hotel restaurant were way too expensive. On the other hand, staffs are friendly, helpful and understanding..

I enjoyed my stay there . Everything is pretty good . The cafe food selection is not that much but overall still ok . There is other restaurant over there and the food is nice . The TV channel is less .

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Service was very on the ball and prompt. They have free shuttle services to and fro the ferry terminal. The process of finding the transport staff was easy and smooth. Upon arriving, a staff was holding a holiday Inn board, and there was minimal to no waiting to get on the car. The also have complimentary daily shuttle service to the city centre at fixed timing.
The bathtub of our room had a faulty stopper, resulting in the water not flowing during shower. We called the front desk and they sent engineers to attend to it immediately even though it was almost midnight. As it was late, they did a quick fix temporarily and to our surprise, they came back the next day morning to ask if they could fix it properly for us.
However, the resort was old and run down. There are some free facilities, such as games room, separate kids and adult pool, steam room, tennis court, table tennis etc. Pretty sufficient for a short weekend stay. The resort is family friends and there were many kids enjoying their time there.
Another downside is the location, there were no nearby eateries or attractions such as malls. Thus, for food wise, you’ll either have to eat in at the restaurants inside the resort or order grabfood.
Overall, the experience was pretty pleasant.
