I don't think this is a 4 star hotel though. We say this is a 3 star hotel which is forced to 4 stars. For the swimming pool it turns out that it is only available for small children. And the staff is not friendly at all. The parking lot is narrow which resulted in my car crashing into a pole which I don't know why it was in front and was not moved to sleep immediately. The cleanliness of the bathroom is lacking because there are animals and the floor is still wet. The air conditioner is also dusty. Same with the cleaning service, they say it's not fast anymore, right in the early morning. There's nothing to be proud of from a 4-star hotel with an atmosphere like this. Feels like 3 stars even 2 stars. 😄😄
