We enjoy our stay in Summer Holiday. 10-min walking distance to the peak and all the dive shops. It’s good to keep some distance from the peak as the area there is a bit crowded and untidy. This hostel is tidy and clean. The staff clean the room every day. There’s a share balcony with provided clips/clothes hangers to dry the clothes.

The room overall is pretty clean and downstair has a nice local western cantine, 15mins walk to the dock.

We did not expect such a small private property of hotel with this cheap price can provide so lovely and clean room , room is super clean , not very big but enough for 2 person and with all basic equipment that u need , simple breakfast and helpful staff , everything is good , will come back again if have chance .

Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Suggest add some 2-in-1 coffee or coffee kòsong for snack bar. A few eateries withing walking distance.

Many reviews praise the snacks and coffee, but you don't need to care too much, just two kinds of biscuits and a few packets of instant coffee. We only stayed for one night and didn't ask for any services, so I won't comment on other things. The obvious disadvantage is the location. It is on the main road to the airport, more than ten minutes walk away from the lively town of Semporna. It is not a problem when you don't have luggage. If you have luggage to go to the pier or come back wet from diving, it will be a little troublesome. It is also a little deserted at night, and the surrounding food options are limited. It may be more suitable for people who like quiet.

The room was fine. But my facial cleanser was missing. It affected my schedule. I had to go buy facial cleanser first. The location is more than one kilometer away from the seafood market. If you go to No. 1 Seafood Restaurant, it is not far to walk, but it is not convenient. It is about 5 MYR by taxi, which is quite convenient. I forgot to take pictures of the room. The waiter's attitude is quite friendly and kind.

Pros: Clean, cleaned every day, we chose a room with a window on the second floor, very close to town, five minutes walk, the staff is very friendly, there is a place to dry clothes on the second floor, there is a water bar and snack table next to the front desk, with bread slices, various biscuits, small cakes, jam, butter, peanut butter, coffee and cocoa at the water bar, the boss can arrange airport pick-up service for 30 MYR per person, which is much cheaper than taking a taxi. Cons: We are close to the road and it is a bit noisy at night, which may be due to the humid weather. There is some smell in the house, and we need to open the door for a while every day.
