Very poor service. No water in the room. Small towels. Check-in took an hour or two. The front desk was very unprofessional.

Facilities: The air conditioner turned off automatically on the first night and I asked the front desk to fix it. Later, I moved to the sixth floor and it was very comfortable. The shower was super refreshing and the water pressure was very high
