Hello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in "Little Yanji"... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

It's great to stay in here. The owner is so kind. The room is clean and the bathroom too. The building look old but the room is no, so far its so good to stay in there!! But I forgot to put the trash in outside. Im really sorry, i forgot it:)

It's close to the station. There's no problem with hot water, basic amenities are provided, and the rooms are reasonably clean.
They were able to accommodate late check-in and check-out at 1pm, which I appreciated.
