The soundproofing is not good, you can hear snoring. Everything else is pretty good. The hot water is fixed. The biggest drawback is that the electric blanket cannot be used normally behind it. I think this is the perfect hotel for someone traveling alone in Korea who just wants a cheap bed, toilet, and shower!
The location was great - it's right in front of you when you go up the stairs at Exit 10 of Seoul Station Line 4 and look to your right.
The room was also larger than I expected, clean and comfortable.
I was personally grateful that they were happy to store my luggage after I checked out.
I've posted details on Moments.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!

A very neat hostel. The room had air conditioning, a heated mattress, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
The shower cabin is a bit old, but everything was clean, as well as personal water pressure.
There were questions about the Wi-Fi. There is a router, but I could not find the network written on the router. I also did not figure out the TV.
You cannot try and cook (at least they did not show me), only sleep.
There is also no smoking room, but everyone smokes across the street on the street.
Overall, I liked it. I chose this room because I needed to spend the night before the train to Busan) A long stay would have been difficult

Stayed here twice and I had the same consistent service. The room is small but its basic when you’re in Seoul so I have no complaints. Both owner was really nice. I for one do not mind a small room because I’m just rlly there to get some sleep. Check-in and out procedure is also very easy and smooth. You can leave your luggage if you arrive before the check-in time. Its very near to Seoul stn but still a walk. Depending on which exit you choose, theres stairs for you to climb.

The hotel is very convenient from Exit 10 of Seoul Station. It's a long way to go after taking the Airport Express, but I think it's OK. The landlady is very friendly. The room is small but OK. The only drawback is that there is no hot water for drinking. The kettle is generally OK. There is a police station nearby, which is 10 minutes safe.
