Very, very good, the room is large, the bed is more than 2 meters, the scenery is beautiful, the location is OK, breakfast and dinner are buffets, very good, the best hotel in India!

It was a memorable trip. Services were top notch and impeccable service attitude seen in all staff. Frankly, I have not seen such a high service standards so far in my earlier visits to other countries and hotels. Staff was extremely courteous and made our trip very comfortable in all aspects. Would like to commend one particular female front office staff ms akansha who made all the sincere efforts to make our stay so comfortable. She also arranged to provide us rooms for early check ins as we were very tired upon arrival into the hotel. Please cherish all the staff who made our stay so so comfortable and we felt it like home. Kudos and 7 stars to the hotel for their impeccable and flawless services. Will definately stay again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

Breakfast is too bad, on the top floor, but the environment on the top floor is poor. I feel the food is cold, there are few types and the waiters are not in place. I ordered a cup of cappuccino, but I thought I had a glass of milk and it was special A small cup. .

Excellent experience at the Grand Mercure, Bangalore. The staff on the front desk were helpful and quick considering our early check in and out times. Facilities were very nice and spacious with the house keeping staff ensuring my room remained clean and tidy always Used the gym and swimming pool which were great The Veran*** restaurant was the standout though with the quality and variety of options being excellent. This was matched by all of the staff who went above and beyond when helping Would happily stay again if visiting

Recommended hotel. Hotel location is good, there is a parking lot, there is a supermarket next to it, very convenient. The room welcome letter is handwritten and the room service is very attentive. The breakfast has Indian and Western flavors, rich fruit and a very good service. The hotel provides a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. The fee is about INR 2,200 plus a 5% tax. The driver is responsible. Another attempt to ask employees to use OLA for the car, let people rest assured.

It ’s okay in other local hotels. Indian hotels are more expensive. This one is cheaper. The rooms are not too big. It ’s incomparable with the domestic room types. It is recommended that you communicate with the hotel before booking.

The stay was comfortable with great hospitality.. Quick response from the guest room services for resolution of complaints.. Impressed with the housekeeping services.. Never had anything to complain about.. Staffs Susanket & Anjali are doing a great job!
