Oakwood Premier COEX Center

Samseong-dong
I stayed here for 10 days on this business trip. The location, service and environment are good. The only gym is on the 2nd floor and then take the elevator to the 6th floor. There is a swimming pool and fitness equipment. There is a modern department store next door and Coex downstairs, where you can eat, drink and play.

It comes with a dressing table, which is very suitable for star-chasing girls; the distance is very close, which is very suitable for the venue of Korea University Hwajeong Gymnasium. The staff responded promptly (you need to check in in advance); the environment is clean
URBAN HOTEL GOLF

During the Golden Week period, the hotel in Seoul was very expensive and frustrating, but I decided to make a reservation because this hotel was a price that I could manage to get out of hand. It was raining so bad that it was difficult to walk from Shin-Ogata Station, so I used the bus to move to the station, but if it was sunny, I think it would be a problem for people who walk for about 10 minutes or not painful. The hotel staff was very kind and I couldn't check in yet, but it was OK to put my luggage and rent a toilet in the lobby, which was very helpful. The twin room felt very large. The towels were old but clean overall. Like people in the same room can see them in the shower or in the toilet? It's glass, so it may be a little embarrassing to stay with friends. There are no curtains to hide and lol! We stayed with our husband and wife, but we made an arrangement first, ”Don't look in the toilet!” Lol! For some reason, there was a con ◯◯, so it may be a love hotel, but it wasn't particularly unpleasant. There is a bus stop to Shin Ogata Station near the hotel and there is a convenience store, so it was convenient. Walking from the station to the hotel, there were many cafes on the way.

Very NICE landlords are also easier to find. Quiet surroundings, in a residential area

The place is very cool and new. Great neighborhood with coffee footsteps away. Only a short 7-10 minute walk to Hongdae Shooping Street area! Love the interior design choices, furniture, fixtures, etc. The place is very minimalists and basic. You need to hang your towels? No hooks or rails in the bathroom. You need to plug in the kettle? No outlet the cord can reach and kettle can sit on table anywhere expect for bathroom. You need to stir your coffee? Nothing to stir but the back of your own brought toothbrush. You want to only have the hanging lamp on? You can’t because of the track lighting design (which I thought was cool at first). View is great! Couch is next level comfortable and cool design. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Only two pillows (things like this is where you see the simplicity of the hotel). I feel the rooms are made to be for future apartments (but lack of electrical in the “kitchen” area throws me off. No food is allowed in the rooms. Lose your key and you have to pay. No cleaning service unless you stay longer than 7 days (then you get one time free). Cool place overall, but things feel a bit off after you’re here for a night and you miss the normal hotel amenities.
NAMSAN FOREST

Myeong-dong
The hotel is very successfully located, 5 minutes from Mengdong shopping streets, metro stops, and at the same time in a quite quiet place. On the first floor a normal 24-hour supermarket. There is an elevator, spacious rooms. But!!!! Having such huge advantages, the hotel is completely irrelevant to its image: The first minus is a lack of staff (this is practicable, like, remote control when you leave a record on the board or write a message via a Catock). But as a rule, the staff speaks very badly English, and it is impossible to achieve any reaction to their request. The second minus is cleaning. As I understood, the room is cleaned only before the arrival. We stopped a large company in 4 different rooms, in 5 days of staying in no room cleaning! In the general corridor there is a dust-dry (probably for those who want to get rid of themselves) It is good that the towels change every day, But the towels are only small! The third minus - the cosmetic state of the rooms - just horror. It is written that the hotel was repaired in May 2018, honestly I will say - the hotel is in a poor condition (see photo) If you decide to stop in this hotel, check immediately if the air conditioner works! As I have already said, we took 4 rooms, in the 1st room the air conditioner did not work (replaced the room only after 2 days, as all the rooms were occupied), in the 2nd room the conder broke after 2 days (replaced to another room, but there too the conder did not work, so we replaced the room again. As a result, we looked and lived in 7 different rooms and all rooms were equally miserable. Forgot to write, we stayed in large family rooms, 4 people. One room was two-room. I mean, it wasn't very cheap.
