Excellent hotel with beauuuutiful Christmas decor which we lurve ! We stayed earlier this year but it was not quite a pleasant stay due to some major renovations. Now, the reno is being completed fully and we were so happy ! Happy 2025 people !

Hands down, this is one of the best hotel I've been to! Smooth check in/out process, spacious room, ample kids activities, variety of food selection during breakfast buffet and amazing swimming pools. I requested complimentary birthday decor and wish granted. Thank you attentive staff!

Everything about the hotel was superb! The staff named Izzah at the Kiddies World was so kind and helpful. Location is very strategic, very near to IOI Mall. The hotel prepare free shuttle every 1 hour for the guests to go to IOI Mall. The mini waterpark open until 8pm. There’s so much activities for kids too. Food is good too. Definitely will come again!

Love my stay at Marriott Putrajaya. Lovely room and good service. The only con is the location. Have to take a grab to go to hotel from klias transit .

Checked in was swift. Staff will set up the sofa bed after checked in with duvet, pillow, extra set of toiletries and bedsheet. Parking redemption is a buy hassle because need to bring the touch and go every time we go in and out of the hotel at the reception for validation. Parking is expensive so rmb your touch and go. Location is near to ioi mall of course if u drive it’s convenient. They also provide shuttle every hour to ioi mall. Cleanliness and service is top notch. There wasn’t a lot of people because we went during the weekdays. I was given a late checked out which was really helpful as I have an infant with me. Room is well maintained. When we went the slide at the pool was doing maintenance and refurbishing. At the pool area there is waterpark, badminton, basketball, ping pong and cannon to play. Will be back soon

New refurbished room very modern, stylish, clean. Swimming pool clean and big, kids playroom many toy and games, and so many other activity like badminton ping pong mini golf etc. bfast variety but can improve the taste. I got free upgrade room and birthday decoration for my husband birthday staycation. Very generous. Definitely will come again!

Delayed check in as they missed my bookings (booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, but ended up with only a room 😅)..so we waited for almost 30 minutes. But the person in charge during checking was trying her level best to expedite the process,kudos.. The hotel is perrrrfect for family with kids as the swimming pool was awesome. Breakfast spread was very nice,lots of choice to choose from.. Room was comfy and clean.. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Marriott Putrajaya and would definitely return 😊

Love love love this hotel! We made the right choice in choose Putrajaya Marriott for our holiday destination! Beautiful spacious rooms, fun waterpark and absolutely delicious breakfast spread! We even go for dinner at the same restaurant, the food choices was fantastic and delicious. And my favourite got to be the carbonara pasta with smoked duck and beef slices. We will be back and Will definitely recommend other young families to explore this hotel! 😊

The room was exceptionally spacious and newly renovated. We stayed on level 5 with a pool-facing view, and the modern design and cleanliness really added to the overall comfort. While the hotel isn’t directly connected to IOI Mall, it does offer an hourly shuttle service. However, given the price, I’d prefer to choose a hotel that’s directly linked to the mall.

Attended a wedding in Putrajaya hence staying at Marriot was satisfying tho a lot more can be done. During check in was long queue at all counters, there is 3 to 4 by the way. It would help if a staff can check on guests 1 by 1 if any belong to club guests and could direct them up instead to ease the queue. Lounge area could use another counter for check in during peak period. For what i can see, lounge has space can capacity to do it. Of course, this need communications to be done but surely effective in terms of service. Breakfast spread is good, space wise also good able to accomodate all. No issue on queue except those preferred to be seated inside restaurant area. Room is good, lounge area good. Expectations is met. Appreciate the shuttle bus service. On time and comfortable short ride.

I was ask to pay tourism tax even thought it was already included in the payment to Trip.com.

Clean and comfortable stay. There’s a free shuttle to IOI city mall hourly from 10am.

Staycation with my small family during Deepavali and it was the best decision ever. The room is spacious and i loved it.

Hotel's location is quite nice since it's near IOI City Mall. There is a shuttle (free-of-charge) provided by the hotel that transports guests to the mall from the hotel and vice versa every hour. Staff were very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Swimming pool was huge, but not too many guests. Good for relaxation.
