We love the hotel especially the kids! Check in was fast and smooth, thanks to Ms Wendy for assisting us. The room was spacious and newly renovated. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice. Definitely will come again! ❤️

Putrajaya Marriot is a really great hotel with very good facilities. The swimming is great for kids with a water play area with slides and other water activities. The breakfast was good with quite a wide list of food available. The only downside is that most of the food remains the same throughout. It is not that far from IOI City Mall so its location is quite good.

Our stay at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel was really great! The rooms were nice and clean, and the resort had a very relaxing ambiance. The hourly shuttle to IOI City Mall was also useful and saved us the trouble of walking.

This hotel is older, but they have been renovating. The renovations are not at all disturbing for guests either but the gym is smaller. Still there is a gym though. I found the amenities to be spot on: the pool is lovely and kids would love the water park. The rooms appear to have all been recently renovated and they are really quite comfortable and big. As others have mentioned the toiletries are good. The location is close to the airport but also close to the biggest mall you’ve ever seen. The food is good. Breakfast good though I much preferred the food in the mall which is a 5 minute walk away. Service was excellent particularly the concierge who helped with everything. All in all a decent hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and I slept great each night. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel’s central location was perfect for exploring the city, yet my room was quiet and peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend the Marriott Hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and convenience.

Came here for my daughter’s birthday getaway. The staffs were very friendly & helpful. Our room is pool view room.

we love it! the pool is big for everyone. life guards present. there was a guest flying his drone around the pool area, and the staff was quick to ask him to stop doing that.

Been here on the last Public Holiday, its crowded and happening. Food was delicious, pool was amazing. There are free icecream pops with free drinks at the pool. Room is very spacious. request for complimentary birthday decor, received as requested.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Harry from restaurant " appreciated the satay ". Only have 1 night stay.

Room is a new refurbished room. Big TV, got bathtub, clean room, cool aircond. Most important, variety of breakfast. Just the concierge service quite slow.

Room is big clean and new.overall not bad and can have parking at the front of the lobby for RM 23 per day. Stay here cos near ioi mall and still got free bus from hotel to the mall.

The room is big and newly refurbished. The location is near to ioi city mall and have transport from hotel. The lobby is wonderful and staff are friendly. The water in the shower area not fast enough absorb causing the bathroom wet with water.
