The very best experience from our long trip (18 days) across China. The facilities are very cosy and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. The English speaking level is very high. Andy Song was really helpful for all kinds of requests. The breakfast is great. The place is quiet which is rare in such a big city. Amazing place, strongly recommended. Sofitel in Renmin Square will be our next destination in Xi’an.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. Awesome. We arrived early after a long train ride and the hotel administration allowed us to quickly use a room that was available to get showered and cleaned up. After our bags were delivered to our room as we started to explore the city. Such immense joy in finding wonderful service. The city of Xian was wonderful. From the Muslim bazaar to the pagodas to the towers to the terracotta warriors. We only stayed two full days, but wish we had another to explore Daming Palace and more of the food at the Muslim bazaar.

Lovely location overlooking the river. The entrance road is pretty, about 1km drive. Room was clean, nice layout, with a fantastic view of the river. Breakfast was standard. Used the sauna, steam room, both clean and comfortable environment. The pool was a little small but not a major issue. Staff were friendly and most spoke some level of English.

Located inside the city gate near the clock tower and the subway station. Wifi is provided, but there is some obstruction on certain apps and webs. Room size is ok for me, self service free laundry and heater is located in the 2nd floor. Breakfast is served at floor 1 and there is a refillable water also. Free fruits and welcome drink which is send by the robot.

First and foremost , I was impressed by the hotel strategic location. I was immensely impressed by Mr Doug at the front office. Although he spoke little English, he was extremely helpful and assisted me to setup the payment system using WeChat . Mr Doug went beyond the call of duty to further assist me booked several transportation services. I would give him Five Stars and recommend ibis styles Xi’an based on his performance. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can get to the nearest subway station in 10 minutes and it is quite close to the Bell tower and the Muslim quarter. The service was very good. The staff is kind and tries to help with any issues you have.

I have had a great time staying here to discover Xian. 6 day trip and the hostel was great. Be sure to take the stairs since the elevator is very slow. The hostel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and intact. The toilet is amazing given the Chinese toilet standard. The location is super convenient to reach food/metro/attractions! It will be hard not to fall in love with this view every-time you walk out of the hostel.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

I recommend this hotel. It didn't take much time to walk there from the subway station and check-was easy. To get there from the main avenue, just walk into what looks like a parking lot and past a garage, then you'll see the hotel. The ground floor kind of looks like a restaurant.

The robot is so cute! The front desk service is professional. Once in the middle of the night, at the stairwell next to the room, a customer should have opened the window to talk. The sound came from the stairs to my window. It was very noisy. I called the front desk to complain, and the front desk quickly came up to inform the guest. But the brainless customers are still very loud. Fortunately, the front desk helped me change rooms, thank you🥰. I understand that some people speak very loudly, but it’s already past 12am. I hope we can understand each other and be grateful🙏🙏

Right next to Xing Cheng Live Theater (picture below), this hotel is just around the perfect area to start exploring Xi’an! The subway station is super close, around 5 mins walk! Also, the the front desk service is pretty helpful! There’s always someone there to help!👍👍 Finally, the room is quite spacious and comfortable! Very satisfied, stayed for four days. The entrance to the hotel is a small corridor, and there is a unique world inside. A quiet environment amidst the hustle and bustle, sleep can be guaranteed. The geographical location is excellent, and it is very convenient to reach all attractions. There are all kinds of snacks on the list when you go out. The hotel is very grand and very conscientious. During the Spring Festival tourism boom, it is the only high-end hotel in Xi'an that has not raised prices during the Spring Festival. The environment is quiet and the decoration is grand. Especially thanks to Ms. Huanhuan the day before yesterday, who specially upgraded the room type. There are a lot of things that can’t be counted just by looking at other people’s comments. Seeing is believing. When choosing a hotel, I saw a comment saying that the hotel’s breakfast was not good. I almost didn’t choose Quesheng Hotel because I had a child, but the first Early the next morning, I entered the restaurant and found that as shown in the picture, the restaurant has a rich breakfast, and we went early, there were not many people in the restaurant, but the waiters in the restaurant were still adding warm dishes. It can be said that the service is very thoughtful! ! As a government reception hotel, the hotel has impeccable service, a high grade, and a better environment. It is very cost-effective among high-end hotels in Xi'an. It is worth recommending to friends from Ctrip.

Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

My experience at Mercure Xi'an Downtown was a great one. The front desk staff were professional and easy to deal with. Special mention to Ding Long, He Xin Yu and Jia Qian. They arranged an airport transfer for me, helped me with my laundry when I was in a hurry and advised me regarding the different places of interest to visit. The location was near the metro, Bell Tower and food options. Keep up the good work team!

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to 钟楼，鼓楼，回民街 and many other shopping malls. Hotel is about 20 steps from 钟楼站 J6. There are many tour agencies at 回民街 to book day trip to Terracotta Warrior etc. There are also tour desk at the train station to assist with day trip booking. The hotel concierge is also able to help to book day trip to see terracotta warrior. Breakfast buffet was good. Afternoon tea was miserable. We did not bother to go again after trying out once. The page did not clearly state that the free one-way transport is from airport to hotel. We thought it could be used for one way transport to anywhere in Xi’an.. Due to the incomplete information, we did not manage to utilise the free transport as we did not call to make appointment for our airport pickup. There was washing machine and clothes dryer available for use and it was free. The laundry room was open from 9am to 9pm only. Detergent was provided for free. The view from our room was excellent too. 钟楼was just infront of us. Overall experience was great. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

Located in front of Bell Tower. Upgrade to this room for this view for the second night but toilet still clogged like the other room we used to stay. Maybe this hotel is too old. 10 RMB trip discount voucher cannot be use for airport transfer. Hotel staff said check with airport bus operator that is located beside hotel but both companies are not related. Apart from that, heater was warm to withstand the snowy night. Hotel staff are more friendly to foreigners than local probably is their culture. We are foreigners from English speaking nation anyway.

We love the vibes of the hotel and how it is conveniently located to many of popular eateries and food street. The metro exit is just outside the hotel which makes travelling really easy as well. We did not manage to try out all the facilities but what stood out was the VR game and the karaoke kiosk. They also have some games in the lobby to help kill your time. Would also like to commend May and Lemon for their kind help and service when checking us in. The concierge was also friendly and helpful though not fluent in English. Space wise in the hotel was also comfortable and they even have a air purifier in our room. Another bonus point was that they have the Chinese traditional costume kiosk and photographer for just 499 RMB which is super convenient because you can just have your makeup done and return it the next day right at the lobby.

This shop is highly recommended! I took the airport bus and got off at the Bell Tower. I came out to find a hotel to stay in for a few days. I came in at the first hotel next to the parking lot and walked to the south gate. Thinking it was very convenient. As soon as I entered the lobby A handsome little brother received me. He poured me water and drinks warmly. He helped me choose the room. The room was very clean after I went upstairs. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The outside was very hot. The room was very clean. The air conditioner is very cool. Lying on the bed is very comfortable to rest for a while. In the afternoon in the Muslim Street next to the Bell Tower. Drum Tower to play. There are many local specialties. It is a paradise for food. Especially the meat in the Muslim Street. Jiamo is so delicious. In the evening, take the subway in front of the hotel and go to Datang Everbright City to watch a free performance. The night view is very beautiful. There is also the musical fountain of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. Breakfast is also delicious. Also There are hand-made pancakes. Pumpkin cakes. Local snacks Liangpi. This time in Xi’an is a very good experience. People in Xi’an are also very enthusiastic. Will recommend friends to come here to play in the future. Stay at this hotel!

The hotel itself is very good, but the tour service they offer for visiting the terracota warriors is not so good, apart from not being 100% honest when they sell it to you. The guides don’t speak English (even if they say they do) and they can charge you some extra fees for the bus usage. The hotel was clean, very nice and the location is quite good, the price was very cheap for this.

I don't know how the praise rate is so high, I really can't. Except for the convenience of going to Muslim Street and the subway station, there is no advantage. I haven't cleaned it once after staying for three days. Even the garbage in the trash can has been confiscated. There is no paper, no hangers, no mineral water, and the bathroom is deodorant. Disposable toiletries are not added. The window is facing the garbage dump, and I dare not open the window at all.

Location is great nearby huimin market/bell tower/drum tower/great mosque and nearby zhounglou st. Suggest to take exit 8 from the zhonglou st walk to the hotel. I took exit 9 or 1, but unfortunately the escalator of the road was off, hence made me difficult to find the hotel with some luggages. Staff is friendly and helpful eventhough they have some limitation in english speaking but they were trying to help us. Hotel name in didi app called as Feiman hotel. Suggest the hotel add english name (Feiman) on the hotel building instead of only Chinese character name.

The experience was fantastic with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean with reasonable amenities, adequate and clean shower and toilet. Lots of hanfu photo-taking happening around the garden in the evening. About 10 - 15min walk from the nearest metro, and a few bus stops (1 - 5min walk) around. Walking distance to attraction venues, restaurants, and a mall. Staff will try to answer any questions about the area and travel tips, and even helped me book a Chinese tuina (massage) nearby at a discounted rate. I went for a hanfu photoshoot and soft copies were sent to me using China's Baidu cloud but I could not download it (Baidu account not available for foreign numbers). The staff went out of their way to download them and sent to my email. However, it's important to know how to speak Chinese (or Google translate) as they are primarily Chinese speaking staff that have little English knowledge.
