I had a fantastic stay here recently. Check-in process was smooth. The room was excellent. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and looked brand new. Bathroom was sparkling clean and clean linens. Room was very comfortable. Overall, my stay at Magnotel was a pleasure. The cleanliness and efficient check-in made a truly enjoyable experience. Service: Very good. I went out to play with friends on May Day and booked this hotel. It is in the middle, very convenient to go to scenic spots, and the price/performance ratio is high. I asked the front desk to recommend Shanghai specialty snacks, and they answered tirelessly. Environment: It is very clean to the naked eye as soon as you enter. Bath towels are also packed in sealed bags. Disposable toilet covers are provided, and face towels are also disposable. It is really reassuring. I really enjoyed my stay and will come again next time I travel.

Very good location close to underground metro, close to shopping and many choices of restaurants and food. Next to the Shanghai Circus which I found the show very fascinating and worth seeing. The hotel has a swimming pool and a large well equiped fitness gym. The Reception staff are all friendly and helpful. Concierge is efficient n helpful with parcel and food order delivery as well. I stayed at deluxe king bed room which is a big and good size for 2 persons. Breakfast offered good range of food and vegetables. Overall my 7 nights stay has been very pleasant.

The room was very spacious and the view outside the window was great. The bed was very big, very comfortable, and I had a great sleep! There are also many delicious takeaways nearby, and there is a Lawson convenience store on the first floor. Good Location, not so far from Shanghai Station, and there are 2 MRT station (line 2 & line 3/4) nearby. The room is clean, no cigarette smell, and spacious enough. Very worth the price paid. The staff and the security were very friendly and kind, for example when I checked out and brought my 4 luggages to outside by myself, the receptionist lady spontaneously helped me to bring the luggage. Thank you for this receptionist lady. The only disavantage was limited English speaking ability.

Pleasant stay at this hotel :) Service was good & staff can converse in simple English too. Room was cosy and clean! Breakfast was very decent too. Definitely be coming back her to stay when I’m in Shanghai.
