After staying at the Hyatt Centric North Point in Hong Kong, I had a good impression of the Hyatt Centric brand. I saw that a new one had opened in Shanghai, so I booked it just in time for my weekend in Shanghai. The location is very convenient, and it is very convenient to get to the two airports, especially when I went to Hongqiao Airport today. I left the hotel at 12:10, took Line 2, did not check in luggage, and entered the security check at 13:00. I couldn't believe it was so convenient. Line 2 is right at the entrance of the hotel, as well as Line 3 and Line 4. After checking in, I found that Yuyuan Road, my favorite place to visit, is just opposite the hotel. The location is great. The room is 30 square meters. Although it is not too big, it has complete facilities. I like the decoration style very much. It is very modern. The bathroom is very comfortable and the shower head is of very good quality. I live on the 30th floor, and the scenery outside the window is very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast restaurant is also very modern. I had a good impression of the restaurant when I was in Hong Kong, and this one in Shanghai is also very good! The breakfast is rich in variety, delicious, and of good quality. It is quite enjoyable. Every service staff is very polite, will greet warmly, and respond to every request. Especially Elio at the front desk, he was very enthusiastic and professional, and responded to any questions very quickly!

What an unexpected surprise indeed! Since I didn’t want to live in an area that was too busy, I thought about it and finally decided on the newly opened Hyatt Centric. I was very satisfied with the conclusion. The transportation is very convenient. It is located on Metro Line 2 and basically connects to Shanghai's key tourist attractions. Exit 8 of Zhongshan Park Station leads directly to Youyou Shopping Mall. Take the elevator to the second floor in the shopping mall and go directly to the hotel. The main entrance of the hotel is facing Yuyuan Road, one of the popular shopping routes in Shanghai🤩Sure enough, the slightly cooler Shanghai is the most suitable for Citywalk🥰 The hotel's service is also excellent. The staff are polite and enthusiastic. The room is clean and smell-free. The cleaning is very careful and attentive. They also pay attention to the guests who like to drink water and help put more bottled water. It is really considerate! To summarize again, I am very satisfied and will definitely stay again next time!  I didn’t take any photos of the room, but the photos on the official website are just what you see is what you get, don’t worry😆

The room is elegant and fashionable, very Shanghai-style. The overall experience was quite good👍 🚏Location: Changning District, the old city center, next to Yuyuan Road, a must-see in City Walk✅ 🚇Transportation: The shopping mall downstairs from the hotel is directly connected to Zhongshan Park Station on Line 2, which provides direct access to popular places such as Hongqiao Hub, Huangpi South Road and Jing'an Temple✅ 🕋Surroundings: This is the biggest surprise. Go downstairs to Dingxi Road, and there are various restaurants, tea drinks, coffee shops and shopping malls on both sides of the road for a few kilometers; walk west for a while and you will find Longzhimeng. I feel like I have lived here for a month. Don’t bring anything special to your meal✅ This is also an experience I haven’t had in other Shanghai hotels before. The fireworks on the street make it impossible to stop shopping and eating 😂 🏠Room: The hotel is newly opened this year. The decoration style is more Shanghai-style, a bit like Jing'an Indigo. The hotel rooms are all on high floors. I stayed on 29F. The view of the skyline outside the window is good✅ 🚿Facilities: The bed is very comfortable. I usually recognize the bed when I sleep in a hotel. I haven’t been there this time; the TV can be projected, and the ultra-high definition has a naked-eye 3D feeling (watching Harry Potter movies is like imax)✅ A few words of complaint: The space in the room is still a bit cramped, and the desk in the online photos does not actually exist (there is only a small coffee table, maybe it is only available in deluxe rooms?) In addition, there is no paper towel box in the room. If your hands are dirty after eating, you have to run to the bathroom to get tissues. This can be improved.✅

It’s really good. The service is even better than the hotel that is several times more expensive than the one I stayed in this trip. The room is small, but it is exquisite, comfortable and hygienic. The only drawback is that if you order takeaway, you need to go to the concierge to get it yourself. However, this also ensures your stay. Generally speaking, I am very satisfied with the hotel's customer safety issues. I originally chose the hotel because it was close to the office, but after unexpected surprises, I will continue to choose Hyatt hotels.
