I needed a place to sleep at 11pm due to apartment being renovated. The receptionist let me check- in using my residence registration form as I didn’t have passport. Room was windowless. Had a good night’s sleep. Unfortunate smell of cigarettes outside in the hallway

I booked an hourly room at 8 o'clock, but when I arrived as scheduled, I was told that there was no room and I had to wait for an hour. Later, Ctrip intervened and solved the problem.
I booked an hourly room for two hours from 8:00 to 10:00 the day before, and it was not long before the hotel confirmed the reservation. I couldn't sleep well at night taking care of the patient, so I thought about taking a nap during the doctor's rounds during the day. I arrived at 7:58 that day, and the beautiful lady at the front desk told me that there was no vacancy and I had to wait for an hour. With the smooth experience of checking in at other hotels at 8 o'clock the day before, the reply from the front desk hit me hard, because I only had 2 hours to rush back to the hospital to take care of the patient. I asked how long it would take at the fastest, and the beautiful lady at the front desk replied that the aunt had just started work and it would take more than half an hour at the fastest. I argued that the order should not be confirmed if there was no vacancy, but to no avail. The front desk told me that I could either wait or cancel the order.
