首先是裝修非常粗糙，燈光特別暗，還沒有自然採光窗，看書都看不了；其次隔音非常差，我能聽到採光井的小窗外的空調外機的聲音，和門外別人説的話一清二楚，無比大聲，甚至可以聽到別人房間的聲音…..只有左右和樓上聲音大點…..房間在幹啥我都聽到了，無語子…..最後，電梯非常之慢！等個電梯等了八百年，無語了，樓道光線也特別慢，逃生門很難打開，還帶鎖，逃生門可以有電子鎖嗎？這真的符合消防規範嗎？全季這樣嗎？？？大學的問好！
