Parent & Child suite was a perfect layout for our stay. Service is excellent, from front desk to house keeping team. They serve you tea while waiting for cab or even when you are simply doing an enquiry. The restaurant team keeps the place clean and make your breakfast experience enjoyable. They go the extra mile to help resolve your problems. Though the hotel is non-smoking, guests choose to break the rules and the smell was bad on our floor. We shared our discomfort and the reception team immediately found us another room on another floor. The rest of our stay was more pleasant. Small nice touch: complimentary drinks and snacks daily. Complimentary shuttle to Disneyland but a little far from main tourist attractions. Not an issue as the train station is in front of the hotel and traveling on cab is a brisk when you use DIDI.

Disney Resort shuttle service: The shuttle bus to Disney is very convenient, and you can rent a stroller on the bus without deposit. The hotel facilities are OK. Compared with other Atour hotels of the same level, the TV is a little small and the picture quality is not very good, and the hair dryer is also relatively old. Other aspects are quite good.

The room is very big, and the room type was upgraded. Breakfast was also provided. There was also a midnight snack after visiting Disneyland. It was very considerate and the service was also very good. There was also Coke and tea in the mini bar in the room. I will stay here again next time!

The subway is right at the door, and Disney is only 5 stops away. It is also easy to get a taxi at the door. The hotel's two employees, Su Ke and Xuan Jin, are very enthusiastic and considerate in their service, meeting all your needs.

The overall level of this Atour is still online, the room hygiene, service and other aspects are very Atour. When I came, I didn't expect it to be at the subway entrance. The surrounding attractions are not too far away. Under normal circumstances, it takes about 25 minutes to get there by taxi. You can also see the Shanghai three-piece set from a distance. The breakfast should be richer.
