服務人員態度很好，又送西瓜又送煙花又送崇明糕，還冒雨把早餐送到房間，算是很到位的服務了，但是客人多服務人員人手不足，服務速度和設施管理有些跟不上。我們是三組家庭週末一起去的，定了一個帶廳的套房，就是看中大家可以在廳裏一起玩，當天中午左右到了房間還沒有打掃出來，就一起在他們家的小園子裏逛，可能因為最近一直在下雨，所以很多積水落葉，鞦韆、泳池、蹦床、皮划艇、沙坑都有積水，好像也沒清理過，我們稍微玩了玩就出去吃飯抓螃蟹了。到了四點多回來，因為廳沒法外面上鎖，竟然有其他客人在我們套房的廳裏抽煙打麻將，搞的一塌糊塗，看到我們進來還説要打到五點。聯繫了工作人員，忍無可忍和他們理論起來，後來工作人員來打掃道歉還送了西瓜煙花，態度是誠懇的，但是管理是有些混亂的，這個廳不能鎖也不太應該。晚餐也是在這裏吃的，味道還可以吧，無功無過，羊肉最貴但是口味比較一般。晚上大家一起放煙花玩的很開心。第二天上午原來準備玩一會到十二點退房，十點多就聯繫我們説下個客人到了，能不能早點讓他們進來打掃，我們也就轉移到他們的棋牌室又玩了會。
不吹不黑，總體還行，建議多加點人手，可以管理得再好一點。

We went there on Friday. Since the manor is relatively large, it felt like we had the entire manor. The butler, the brother, and the young lady served very well and were so kind. We basically played all the projects inside. In the evening We also released the Kongming lanterns, and received local cakes before leaving. It was so thoughtful. All in all, it was a great trip. There is also a dedicated barbecue area and you can also kayak. If team building is particularly great. Looking forward to seeing you next time.
