If you are taking metro from the airport , be kindly to advise it will at least take 8 mins from the nearest station REN MING. Location of the hotel is superb as the nearby have lots of famous eateries and shopping adventure such as Pop Mart, M&M. The staff were friendly and patient, the room might be small but is sufficient enough for 2 people. If you want to open your luggage comfortably, it will depend on your skills

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city. It’s close to metro station and the main market street of nanjing lu. The room was ceanliness and very comfortable , Has enough space for 4 guest and big luggage Hotel stuff with good service mind , english communicate.

Nice and clean room, wide bed, helpful and friendly staffs! Just few steps to main street and restaurants. Elevator at 2nd floor but staff will help u with the luggages! Highly recommended

The hotel is very nice and clean and location is perfect. The workers are really kind, they can’t speak English but have a translator machine which works well so it’s fine!! I recommend this place:)

I was quite shocked initially when I saw the huge flight of stairs in the hotel lobby. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful in moving my luggage up and down the stairs as needed. The receptionists were also extremely polite and gave good recommendations. The location is perfect and I would definitely stay here again!

1) Friendly & helpful staffs; 2) Not that easy to find the hotel. 3) Housekeeping needs to be improved (cups were unwashed after room service). 4) Visa card payment not working. Alipay also has issued during the first few days. 5) Have to be extra careful of delivery scooters that drive dangerously outside the hotel. 6) It would be terrible if it rains and when going back home with huge luggages. Didi (taxi) is unable to drive through to the entrance of the hotel. 7) Room has installed a Siri type of AI called ‘Bei Ter’ It will wake you up many times in the middle of your sleep. Could gave you a fright; after complaining and service by the technician also no help. Maybe just my room.

Good location located on East Nanjing road ,metro line 2 to people’s square station exit 19 or 6 to same place then take the under pass to east Nanjing road hotel is on your left side opposite M&M shop The bund a bit long walk but not more than 1 km The room is tiny nice and clean

Location is amazing, just slightly off Nanjing East Road and close to People's Square metro which is a key station for connecting to different lines. This meant we could zip around Shanghai and do day trips out of Shanghai really easily. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Rooms are air conditioned but common areas are not. Big shower with a high ceiling so tall people will fit ☺️ Luggage storage is not in a room but rather in the (very small) foyer, don't expect your bags to be locked away but they will be watched, and crime is very uncommon in Shanghai.
