We had a wonderful well rested 14 nighrs stay at Intercity Serviced Apartment Xujiahui. All staff, ranging from front desk, security, housekeeping and restaurant, are polite, full of enthusiasm and professionalism. The hotel location is centrally located, safe, easy to didi and close to 3 train lines. The room is brand new, clean and spacious. Breakfast had a wide spread of choices like porridge with condiments, noodles bar, salad, hot dishes, bread, cereals and.cakes. Overall, it was fantastic stay and we cant wait to go back for another stay..

Returning to Shanghai alone with my three children, the communal atmosphere of this place truly made it feel like a home away from home. The cleaning staff and front desk attendants were always smiling and welcoming. Wendy was particularly helpful, always ready to assist with any extra requests I had. Security Guard 002 also went above and beyond; he helped with package deliveries and even carried our luggage to the car. We are truly grateful for his help.

Years ago, foreign friends stayed here when they visited Shanghai, but unfortunately, they didn't adapt well to the local conditions, which left a deep impression. This time, I embarked on an adventure with my wife and child, booking a two-night stay, and we were met with one pleasant surprise after another. First, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Due to an unexpected change in our schedule, we couldn't return to the hotel in time for check-out. After a phone call, they not only extended our check-out until 2:30 PM free of charge but, as it was Halloween, the front desk even gave a small snack to my child, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The buffet breakfast was rich and varied, with excellent Chinese and Western options, fruits, and coffee. The diverse international guests dining in the restaurant were endless, truly giving a sense of being in a cosmopolitan city. If needed, you could even speak to the restaurant manager about taking a coffee back to your room. Ms. Li Lin, the cleaning staff on our floor, was also very nice and friendly, confirming when we'd like our room cleaned and even proactively asking if we needed more mineral water. The only regret is that the bathroom in the room was quite narrow, and the bathtub drain had an issue, showing signs of being old and poorly maintained, as if regular upkeep was lacking. The location, however, is absolutely superb. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, massages, shopping, and sightseeing. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

We had an amazing stay at Shanghai Tyms serviced apartment! It was the perfect apartment for a family of four with enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space (exactly what was needed on the last leg of a trip 🙃). The location was great, close to shopping and delicious food everywhere. The daily servicing by the cleaners was exceptional, premium hotel level standard, we look forward to staying there again in our next trip to China 🇨🇳

Service: I have to start by complimenting the hotel's service; I genuinely want to give it 5 stars! As soon as I booked on the platform, a hotel staff member called me immediately to confirm my check-in details and proactively asked if I had any special requests they could accommodate. They sent the hotel's detailed address in advance and even thoughtfully prepared some fruit. The entire check-in process was a great experience. Environment: The hotel's location is very prominent, right by the road, making it easy to find. For guests visiting Shanghai, the location is also excellent, with plenty of good dining, drinking, and shopping options nearby. Facilities: The room was quite small and compact; opening a 28-inch suitcase would be a bit difficult. However, the price wasn't expensive, so for a one-night stay, it was still good value for money. The soundproofing in the room was a bit poor, but the staff actively addressed and resolved the issue, which deserves a big thumbs up!

I stayed at MGM in Shenzhen, and since I had something to do in Shanghai this time, I decided to try this one. Overall, it's still impeccable! **Greeting:** The greeters didn't proactively help open the door upon arrival. **Check-in:** The whole process was very quick, and you could tell they'd been trained, but they didn't offer a glass of water to guests immediately upon check-in. **Facilities:** It's a new hotel, and the new equipment is excellent. **Cleanliness:** The hotel cleans the rooms twice, in the afternoon and evening, which is very thoughtful! **Fitness:** The fitness equipment is excellent, top-notch, and offers great variety! **Environment:** The West Bund environment is very comfortable, a completely different experience from the city center. Being just a few steps from the West Bund Center is great and very convenient! **Service:** Very thoughtful, most staff actively greet guests when they see them! **Suggestion:** Optimize the food delivery service to rooms, for example, by getting robots. Because getting from your room down to the lobby isn't straightforward; it's not a direct route and requires separate movements. I suggest optimizing this!

I've been staying here for three consecutive years when I come for concerts. It's really close to the venue, and the experience is always fantastic. They even upgraded my room this time! The hotel's service is incredibly thoughtful, from the rich buffet breakfast and exquisite afternoon tea to a comforting late-night congee – everything was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and tidy, feeling just as comfortable as home. The free, well-equipped gym met all my daily workout needs. And free parking saved me a lot of hassle since I was driving. A special shout-out to the ladies at the front desk – their warm and professional service really elevated the entire stay! Whether for business or leisure, this is my top choice in Shanghai. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful and pleasant stay! The ambiance was elegant, the shower had multiple functions, and the facilities were modern and stylish. Breakfast was also good. It's a 10-minute walk from Hengshan Road subway station, and right opposite Xujiahui Park and the Xujiahui commercial area. Diagonally across the street is the very popular, local-favorite Fuchun Xiaolongbao specialty store, serving authentic Shanghainese dishes that are diverse and delicious, in a tranquil and elegant dining environment. It's convenient for local residents' three meals a day, open from 8:00 to 20:00, with great food that's affordable and tasty! The service was excellent, with all staff proactively greeting guests. 👌🏻 From the 23rd floor, the view outside is beautiful: the French sycamore trees of Tiancheng are lush and canopy-covered. At night, the skyscrapers of the Xujiahui commercial area stand tall, with streetlights reflecting in a dazzling array of colors, especially the magnificent big sphere of Metro City, which is a striking landmark with its rotating advertisements – truly a sight to behold!

Facilities: New and well-maintained. A washing machine and dryer are available, and complimentary bottled water is offered for self-service. Cleanliness: Spotless, with prompt housekeeping. Location: Excellent. It's very close to Xujiahui Metro Station, surrounded by numerous restaurants and tourist attractions. Service: Warm and thoughtful. When a noisy guest next door disturbed me (I'm sensitive to noise), they promptly found another room for me to rest. Their timely and efficient problem-solving is highly commendable. I will definitely choose Tianping Hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai!

The room size was decent, and more importantly, it's super close to the stadium, about a 900-meter walk. It only takes about ten to fifteen minutes to get there. There's a plaza with lots of food options diagonally across the street, making it incredibly convenient for concerts. The windows were quite unique, though they didn't face the main road. About three or four windows looked out onto a small garden. The soundproofing wasn't great; even with the windows closed, I could still hear people talking until around 1 AM when it finally quieted down. But then again, after a concert, I was usually too excited to sleep early anyway, so it was tolerable 🤣. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your door, and when it's not busy, it usually arrives in just a few minutes. I'd definitely consider staying here again for future concerts.
