The hotel service is very good. There is a concierge at the door to help with luggage. The hotel lobby is also very grand. Cosmos at the front desk helped with check-in. He was very quick to help find a room on a high floor. The hardware is good, but the hotel is a little far from everywhere.
JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square

People's Square Area
This is my first time in Shanghai and also my first time staying at a hotel under the Marriott brand. I experienced the feeling of being at home here. The room has a great view and is clean and tidy. The cleaning ladies are also very enthusiastic and quickly deliver whatever they need. What impressed me the most was the staff on the sixth floor. Everyone was very enthusiastic and led me to transfer to the elevator. When I returned to my room, they helped me press the elevator in advance, saving me waiting time. I regret not staying longer this time. If needed next time, I would still prefer hotels under the Marriott brand!
JW Marriott Shanghai Fengxian

Fengxian Development Zone
Advantages: The overall environment is amazing. The hotel is surrounded by lakes on both sides and is built on an island in the middle of the lake. No matter which angle you look out, you can see the lake view. It is very beautiful. The front desk guy also upgraded me to an executive lake view room with two large floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The sunset is beautiful, and you can occasionally see fireworks at night, which is a feast for the eyes. Advantages: The breakfast selection is also extremely rich, and there are even freshly fried steamed buns and pancakes. There are all kinds of pastries to choose from, which absolutely meet the needs of all kinds of Chinese and Western tastes. Disadvantages: The only drawback is that the bedding is not good enough, the pillow is too soft, and it sinks when you sleep on it. There is no way to support the cervical spine, resulting in tossing and turning all night. The air conditioning in the room is also a bit unstable. It is too hot to sleep in the quilt, and it is too cold to stretch out your hands. It is recommended to learn from Atour and provide different pillow options to meet the ergonomic needs of various customers. This really needs to be improved, friendly tips!
