Selected the hotel as a trip.com diamond member and was offered to be given the benefit of accessing the hotel lounge which turned out to be a disappointment as the so called happy hour had nothing much except a couple of plates of snacks and some drinks. The lounge service is pretty ordinary, staff there were kind of so bored standing round. This is a total gimmick from both the hotel and Trip.com . However, the breakfast was good with a nice range of selections and decent service. Overall, the hotel amenities are starting to look dated and tired and the pool was tiny with the surrounding facilities look also a bit shabby. The 5 star status remain to be challenged.

I had an excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was lovely - spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Tommy Ma handled my check-in and was incredibly friendly and hospitable. His top-notch customer service really made me feel welcome. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again during my future visits. The entire staff provided five-star service that made my trip remarkable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for travelers looking for a fantastic place to stay.

We booked a family room and it is a great pleasure to stay here;Large, clean, and complete facilities. We really love to have a washing machine and drying machine in our room. It 's very comfortable. And every staff is very friendly and helpful; Cecilia, Vicky, Aimee and other staff. We will come back again. Highly recommeded!

After coming back from a long day it was a good surprise that they gifted me mousepad after seeing I had a laptop for work. Overall, I liked it. + I was so impressed with the size of the bed , it was so big. (Later I realised it’s attached with 2 single beds) + The bathtub was clean. + Location: close to subway station line 10, easy to approach from hongqiao railway station. And the “new world” is near by. - Only one elevator was available. You need to wait a lot longer if you just missed one. - My room was including breakfast, but the staff didn’t explain where /when. I thought it’s going to be the first floor, as I saw some dining room like section the way to the elevator. but accidentally found it on 2nd floor next morning when I was getting there.

My favourite thing about this hotel was the bteakfast canteen ladies. So friendly. This was a great place to stay. Even though the double-bed room was small, the daily cleaning service made it pleasant with fresh mini towels, bathmat, paper cup, toilet paper and general clean. It was also very handy to have a washing machine onsite for guest use. The location is good, within 10 minutes walk to the Yuyuan metro station, and also handy to the Bank of China, Art Museum and Yuyuan gardens and bazaar. There is a lift. Little diners around and a Family Mart just up the road made it easy to find nearby post-breakfast food quickly. Staff are also very helpful and efficient.

This hotel is very near to Da Shi Jie mrt station which is about 4mins walk from Exit 6. Conveniently travel to city center of Shanghai in just few stops away or by interchange of stops to other tourist places. Staffs are friendly where they allowed us to kept our luggages while we are away to other places due to our flight is departing at 11pm. On the 2nd night of the stay our room 825 had second hand smoke smells which is very awfully disgusting to smell and I did called the customer service to ask for room exchange, and on the next day we were moved to room 925. Really thanks on this.

Hotel is very close to subway station (80m) from gate 1 or 3, walking distance or 1 subway station away from many iconic tourist attractions and eateries. Staffs were very friendly and attentive, we were only staying for 1 nights, but requested hotel reception to take our parcels a few days before our arrival, so we can pick up our stuffs at our last stop and they were happy to help, thank you. Hotel also provided kid slipper and toothbrush upon request, gave our girl favourite pinky colour pack. Hotel itself were transformed from old building, but noted it was newly renovated and vintage looking from outside, but modern amenities inside, also have modern automated toilets (like Japanese hotels). Will definitely recommend family or other visitors to stay here. The only minor downside is too few seats for buffet breakfast, we were asked to squeezed in with a few other people, but still acceptable, staffs cleaned the table very quickly and find the seats for us within 5 minutes.

The hotel is very near the metro station, YU Garden, and the Bund. The front desk officers and housekeeping were all hospitable and accommodating especially Ms. Hayley. The breakfast buffet comprises of various cuisines and lots of choices. Very satisfying breakfast. The room is very clean, comfortable and truly spacious. I’m trying to find the exhaust in the bathroom but it seems like there’s none. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Service was 10/10. All the staff were super friendly & helpful from the bellboy, receptionists, housekeeping, maintenance person. Breakfast was great, staff even allowed us to takeaway when one of us couldn't go down for breakfast. Free usage of the laundry room. Once we couldn't get a taxi when we were out of the hotel, I texted one of the staff to assist and he was super helpful. Special thanks to Mr Edward & Mr Chao for your excellent service. There is a small shopping mall right across the bridge that has nice restaurants with reasonable prices and delicious food. The train station is quite a distance so I had to take taxis to go places since it's winter & pretty cold. The staff doesn't speak English so be prepared if you don't speak Chinese. It was a memorable first visit to Shanghai.

Very enjoyable stay! We arrived early in the morning before the scheduled check-in time. Although it was fully booked that day, they have managed to keep the housekeeping process quick to allow us in for a good rest. Before we depart to airport, they even offered us bottle of mineral water to keep us hydrated. Small gestures, but great hospitality. Kudos to the receptionist team. Will definitely be my top pick in next visit.

Not bad, the front desk service is very nice, and the landlord’s lady sister is also very caring. The room is the same as in the picture. I stayed for two days on the weekend and the experience is very good. The main apartment is surrounded by Xintiandi business district. We had a wonderful stay at Baselite. The position is very convenient and the apartment we got was nice and had many amenities. The building itself is well kept, it has a common kitchen and many others activity rooms. Subway is right around the corner, many attractions are walking distance. Would come back again! ☺️

The room is as expected and consistent with the pictures. The apartment is located in just a few steps from the metro entrance. The staffs are very helpful and have the good manner. We check-in too early, we do not get the room, but we can leave the baggages there, the later on when the room is ready, the staffs put all our baggages in the room that is made us very satisfied when we come back from the trip at night.
