I immediately contacted the front desk to change the pillow, and then asked the front desk if the bed sheet was not covered or changed. The front desk said that the aunt changed it every day. As a result, I started to itch all over my body when I fell asleep, and I immediately had a small rash from allergies. I took a picture of my arm when I commented today. It has disappeared a little after applying medicine in the past two days. I contacted the front desk in the middle of the night to change the quilt cover and bed sheet. The bed sheet was opened and it was like this. There were blood and urine marks all over. I asked the customer service if they could change it. The customer service said it was all like this. The towels in the toilet are really unsightly. My rags are newer than this... The faucet for the shower is still straight. This is the first time I have seen such an anti-human design, and the screw mouth of the shower outlet is still loose and leaking... Fortunately, I found it because I saw the national chain, thinking that the cost performance should not be bad. This is really the worst hotel I have stayed in. I don’t know what the price is in the off-season. It is really only equivalent to a guesthouse worth dozens of dollars. But to be honest, although the environment and sanitation are poor, I contacted the customer service and they immediately helped to change it. This is +⭐

There are passenger terminals and bus stations nearby, making traveling very convenient. Hygiene aspect is very clean.

The breakfast at Shangri-La is also rich and delicious. The key point is that you can tell from the name that the room can supply oxygen (you need to contact the front desk for oxygen supply service). You can go hiking at night without worry. You don’t have to worry about high reflexes. Anyway, you can breathe oxygen while lying on your own bed, so you have peace of mind😼

I have stayed in many hotels in Shangrila old town over the past 12 years so have a little experience. Location: Close to the top dancing square but at the top of a very steep hill. It had rained so the stone street was VERY slippery. It is close to impossible to walk up the hill with suitcase. There is a 1/2 meter wide ***** of carpet that was laid down on the right side of the road going up the hill. It gave great traction, but unfortunately some non-thinking person had parked their electric cart directly on top of the carpet so you could not navigate it. I arrived at 6 PM and that electric cart was still sitting on the carpet in the same place the next morning at 9 AM. Trying to walk around the electric cart , but I did slip and fell to the ground. I would not come back to this hotel again, if there was any potential for any rain. The picture is of the morning after the rain had dried. When I booked my room, they did tell me that there was only one room remaining and it was for four people. I was solo but I booked it anyway. Unfortunately, I did not understand that there are four beds that are actually side-by-side touching each other. They are very very thin pads laid on top of a wooden platform. No way to get into or out of any bed without crawling back to the foot of the bed and going over the edge that way. It was the hardest sleeping service I have ever been on and got very little sleep. If I had my sleeping bag and camping mattress, I would’ve just slept on the floor. Won’t be back here again. The service people at the hotel were very nice. Offered to carry my bag up to my room on the third floor and the woman who provided the breakfast in the morning was very pleasant. Have no complain about the service just the beds in the access to the hotel. If it’s raining, make it a no go for me
