房間地理位置很優秀，步行到松贊林寺差不多十分鐘。酒店整體設計很有藏式風格，但是軟件設施有點偏老（比如説沒有智能馬桶之類的）
酒店提供的松贊林寺導遊服務是亮點，藏族導遊非常好，講解細緻，歷史文化，佛教歷史都能信手拈來，而且能感受到對本族文化深深地熱愛和驕傲。
酒店大部分的服務員都很不錯，行李員，還有前台經理都很好，熱情客氣，及時解決問題。但是前台服務（可能是我們當時碰到的那個人）就有點差強人意，在沒有其他人辦理入住的情況下，速度不夠快，而且沒有及時溝通需要等待多久，就一直讓我們在旁邊等待沒有訊息溝通。
不愉快的體驗是酒店當晚2345分左右停電，房間裏沒有電筒，撥打電話也一直佔線，也沒有服務員來主動溝通情況和進站。整個過程持續15分鐘。隨然第二天酒店經理對這個問題進行了有效的處理，但是當晚對突發事件的應急處理確實還是不夠好。

This is my second time staying at the Shangri-La Songtsam Hotel. It is as comfortable as ever, with beautiful scenery, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and attentive butler service. In the afternoon, I enjoyed afternoon tea on the balcony of the room and looked at the Songzanlin Temple. It was very pleasant!
