The hotel is very close to the scenic spot. I went out with my friends. After visiting Lu Xun's hometown, we went for a walk on the old street. It was just right to walk back to the hotel. We could also check out various delicious foods around. We bought some rice wine and continued to toast in the room. The hotel was clean and the environment was good. I was just a little unhappy because I was in a hurry to catch the train in the morning and wanted to pack a breakfast, but was told that it was not possible. I had to check out with an empty stomach.

The hotel enjoys a unique location. Just a 3-minute walk to Joy City and a 10-minute walk to Cangqiao Street, you'll be within 2 kilometers of attractions like Lu Xun's hometown, Xiaoxi Road, and Bazi Bridge. Enjoy a meal and a stroll. Snacks, drinks, and fruit are provided daily, and the hotel breakfast is hearty and delicious. There's also a parking lot at the door. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the staff are friendly. I didn't have high expectations at first, but they far exceeded them. I highly recommend it! Also, the New Year atmosphere in Shaoxing is quite lively and bustling.

A city I have wanted to visit for a long time. I took advantage of the off-peak travel period during the May Day holiday. Among the many hotels in the central city, I finally locked in Joy City Hotel one day before departure based on my trust in the Atour brand. It turned out to be the right choice. I checked in early and was warmly received by the front desk staff. There is a rest and reading area next to the front desk, which is quite large. There is also a gym and laundry room on the first floor. During my stay, I was politely greeted by the front desk staff when I entered and exited the hotel, and all my reasonable requests were met. The hotel has convenient transportation, with multiple buses at the door. You can take bus No. 1️⃣ from the railway station and get off at the Supply and Marketing Building Station. On the second day of my arrival in Shaoxing, I went to Anchang Ancient Town for a green trip. I took bus No. 5 to Zhijiang College and changed to bus No. 116 to Anhua Road and Huanzhen South Road. There is a store of the famous Tongxinlou in front of the hotel where you can buy fresh food. Meat buns and various pastries. You can also walk to the Tongxinlou main store not far away to queue up to buy the famous shengjian, which is sold at 1.3 yuan per piece. The surrounding attractions are within walking distance to the Qiu Jin Memorial, Dashan Tower, Cangqiao Street, Xixiaolu Historical District (Yangming's hometown), Cai Yuanpei's former residence and the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy, Shaoxing Museum, and Lu Xun's former residence. A little further away, you can go to Bazi Bridge. For meals, you can go to the opposite Joy City, where there are many choices. The hotel provides self-service Chinese and Western breakfasts as well as noodle stalls, and the variety is rich. There is free drinking water at the elevator entrance for guests to take. The room cleaning will also be called in advance. When checking out, they will politely ask if you want to bring a bottle of water. They are polite and thoughtful everywhere, and the service can be seen in the details. This adds an important touch to this trip to Shaoxing. If friends or family come here, I will strongly recommend this store. I hope Atour will get better and better
