i didn’t regret choosing Sunrise Arabian for a vacation place, this is actually my surprise vacation gift for my family and it was our very first time there. they have a fantastic and impressive animation team. they are extremely hilarious and they engage with everyone in the resort well. we appreciate their support and especially their senior management team, whose actions are very obvious. and also, Abram was the finest; he was so kind and helpful and assisted us with everything while we were there.

Awesome! Paradise! The architecture of all buildings is a magnificent pleasant eye. The decoration is the most modern new very high level. First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I stayed at Marina Sharm for 4 days, my stay in general was acceptable, however the House Keeping staff were exceptional in particular Mr. Mohamed Maher. I walked every time to a spotless room filled with the necessary toiletry and kitchen tidbits, and we were always greeted by him with the broadest smile. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. We were first in Sharm with our children and it was a beautiful family holiday.The hotel has numerous swimsuits and swimming pools for adults and children of all ages. In addition, you can use the neighbouring Aqua Blu Hotel. The weather was fantastic, very warm and sunset. 5 swimming pools were heated during our stay. My wife and I have been going to this hotel ,on and off, for the last 20 years. It was built some 40 years ago and was owned and run by the Hilton group. 5 years ago it was sold and is now run by the Jazz Group . Note I say run by the Jazz Group not owned by them. Jazz is a management company on behalf of different owners.The hotel is in a superb position with a large beachfront and a short distance from the main center. The staff are the friendliest most helpful bunch of people you could want to meet. A special mention to Eid, Mohamad and the breakfast chef(who's name I never found out) from the restaurant and Diana from customer services. Now we come to the sad bit. I feel that since taking over the hotel the new owners have invested no money in it at all. The main door look did not work, the toilet seat was falling off. Both of those problems were sorted quickly. The bathroom door did not close properly due to 40 years of paint on paint. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the french door never ever closing properly It needs major investment in it ,not money sucked out of it. As a side issue the majority clients of the hotel and Sharm itself are Russian. Sharm is suffering from troubles of the past plus the effects of covid. Both the Hotel and the place itself need to do a lot,lot better or I fear for the place and the wonderful people who work there.

The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Also special thanks to Chef Imad for listening to all the comments about the food and for his keenness to provide the best possible quality and service. I hope to visit the place again
