Because of the special nature of the food, we chose Somerset which has a kitchen. We have stayed at Somerset in Singapore before. Although it was shown that it opened in 2010, we still chose this brand. Service: You can feel at home from the moment you check in. Whether you call to ask for a broom at 12:30 in the middle of the night or ask for a quilt at 3:00 in the morning, the response speed of the front desk and guest rooms is very fast, including every time you talk to the front desk staff The communication is really a customer-first service attitude. Hygiene: Although it is a hotel-style apartment, the cleaning staff still comes every day. No matter how late I go out, as long as I don't hang up, Do Not Disturb will come to help me clean up. The cleaning is very clean and it is very hard. Auntie can help us clean so seriously every day. I won’t go into details about the rest. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel is next to Shenyang Station. There is everything to eat, drink, and do shopping nearby. very good The only thing is that parking is charged (40 a day)😭I parked for 4 days. Of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel's service and management. A reminder for friends who are about to stay, if the stay is longer, you can park a little longer. You can save a lot by taking a taxi from afar. I hope it will be helpful to those who are about to move in.

Going to Shenyang by high-speed rail from Harbin, I specifically chose this hotel. When traveling with my girlfriends, they are the first choice for a room with a large bed! Exit Shenyang Station, walk to the exit of Metro Line 1, cross the road, and walk for five minutes. It is surrounded by Taiyuan Street, Wal-Mart, Suning, Parkson, and Wanda, where you can enjoy food, shopping, and entertainment. It's also very close to the West Tower by taxi, and the hotel's breakfast time is also very good. It can be served until 11 o'clock on weekends. It's really great for those who don't want to get up early and don't want to miss breakfast. The staff were very enthusiastic and proactively asked if we needed help delivering our luggage to the guest room. They cleaned it carefully every day during our extended stay; I sincerely recommend it❤
