Great hotel, perfect location between the airport and train station. Rooms are in good and clean condition, good breakfast with a wide selection of foods. The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing! I forgot my phone in the taxi to the hotel and Keyon and Yoyo went out of their way to help me retrieve my phone. They translated and arranged for my hotel to be brought back to the hotel and went beyond to ensure I had a very pleasant stay! 10/10! Would 100% recommend staying here and a big shoutout to Keyon and Yoyo!

Pros: same as the other hampton hotels we stayed at, the breakfast buffet is great. They change their menu everyday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Towels and bed sheets are clean. Cons: far from the tourist attractions. There is a lot of stain on the carpet around the bed, so it needs to be cleaned.

I liked this hotel because it locats in the centre of the city, subway station is a few minutes walk. It is so convenient to get around in the city. The room size is ok, and the carpets are a bit of worn-out. I liked the swimming pool, it made my stay a lot better and no bath in the bathroom was not relevant anymore.

Because the hotel is very close to the Medical University Dental Hospital, and there is a small parking lot in the backyard of the hotel, which is more convenient, so I stay here every time I come. The overall feeling of the hotel is good. The room is very spacious, clean and tidy, and the facilities are relatively complete. There is no refrigerator. There is a slight regret. All the cheese the children brought from home was thrown away. And the only drawback is that there is no function to leave a request when booking a room. I booked a room many days in advance and still got a room at the elevator entrance. I don’t like that the rooms also have smoking rooms. The service of the sisters who clean the room is very warm and thoughtful, which is very pleasant. I feel very comfortable. Finally, I would like to praise the hotel's breakfast. The breakfast dishes change every day for 4 days. Although there are not many styles, the price is very reasonable, and it is very suitable for the taste of northerners. Just because the location is perfect, I stayed for three nights in total. The beautiful and handsome man at the front desk provided excellent service. There were many types of breakfast. The room was very clean. The room with street view was big enough. Sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling window and looking at the middle street in a daze was the most enjoyable moment during the trip!

Super good 👍🏻 booked two rooms with the elderly, and Miss Kang Kang was very considerate to arrange the room opposite, which was convenient for care. The room was large and warm, and very clean. The TV 📺 was very good. I turned on the TV at night and it was very clear. The main location was great, in Zhongjie, very close to several attractions. I will choose ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ Elegant next time

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

The surrounding transportation is convenient, not far from the Palace Museum, the Marshal's Mansion and the September 18th Memorial Hall. You can also take a stroll to Laobei Folk Street, and there are two subway stops to the Color TV Tower Night Market. Downstairs is the Shenyang Museum. There are also many options for eating. The sanitation was cleaned up in a timely manner and it was very clean. Takeaways are delivered upstairs by robots. The indoor space is large, and there is a microwave and induction cooker for convenient heating of meals.

The breakfast is also great. The mattress is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and tidy. There is a self-service laundry room on the fifth floor, which is very convenient. Great!
