Hotels Near Baiyi Square in Shenzhen

The room was very spacious, front desk support was okay. However the corridor and room was smelly of cigarette smokes. Also, the closest metro was 1.5KM away which made it hard to commute.

Very affordable small family-run hotel. Clean room, friendly owner. Good place to sleep. Didn’t require a deposit. Only Chinese language spoken so have a translator app ready. He will show you the room before you check in, so you know what it looks like. I enjoyed my two nights ($35) and walking distance from the Shenzhen train station. And good food vendors right outside of hotel at night. I will return again. Thank you!

I have stayed here many times. There are many restaurants and large shopping malls near the hotel. It is very convenient for shopping or eating. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and the service attitude is also very good. I am satisfied!

I booked this as I have an early ETD train from Shenzhen North station. It is within walkable distance and nearby the hotel there are many restaurants and supermarkets. The room has all the basic stuffs. The shower is hot and powerful. The toilet seat was, however, broken and the toilet was clogged. I didn’t bother to ask for another room as I was only staying for a night and would leave very early the next morning.

The transportation is very convenient. It is less than a 10-minute walk from Metro Line 4/Line 6. It is also very close to the bustling commercial street, where you can find delicious food and drinks. The beds and pillows in the hotel are very comfortable. The children loved it so much that they stayed here for 6 days. There is a self-service laundry and drying area on the 9th floor, which is very convenient. The staff at the hotel are very good at their service. If I ask for help in the middle of the night to provide cotton swabs, they will be delivered by a robot, which is very considerate. Especially the little girl No. 09, so cute!

I like to stay at this hotel because of the good location and nice rooms. I was a little disappointed this time as the room was small and did not smell good. Reception staff were not helpful and friendly. Good location though. The lift can be slow at times.

Extremely surprise by their top notch service. Reached drenched because the Didi driver insisted to drop us by the roadside when it's pouring heavily. One of the reception lady in duty actually came running out to fetch us into lobby with the umbrellas in the heavy rain and helped us with our luggages. Upon stepping into the hotel, we were served with refreshing ice drinks. Upon completion of checkin and unpacking, the reception lady came knocking on our room door with 2 hot tea for us quoting ”you are both drenched so please take some ginger tea in case you catch a cold” Such an awesome touch and gesture that can be do without but they did anyway. Hotel room is also good. One of the best hotel i have been to, especially in China. Amenities were of good quality which is better than some 5 stars international hotel. Free laundry (6pc) per day is a bonus especially we were drenched and needed a laundry service. Loaning of umbrella require a deposit of 50RMB/unit but was returned immediately on Alipay after returning. We're just amazed and will definitely return to stay with them.

Spacious room with iconic tea smell. As usual, the amenities were great, with free laundry machines. The staffs took sometime to process passports. There is a shuttle service to Shenzhen North Railway station, which you need to book in advance, they use alphard which only fits 6 ppl each time
