I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen for my business trip. The executive suites exceeded my expectations, and I was amazed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Jeffrey, the manager, and his team. We had three rooms booked for our group, and we're eagerly anticipating our next visit. It's challenging to find a hotel that fulfills all of our expectations, but the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen certainly did.

The room was spacious and it has a mix of both modern and historical vibes with the olden lamps. I LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!! The beds were bigger than most hotels too. Wifi might be a lil hard to connect tho, but that’s a small issue since modt of us would’ve bought data plans. Starting from the receptionists to the cleaner aunties, everyone was so SWEET AND LOVELY!!! They tidied our room daily and even made sure to change our toiletries daily. Laundry service was such a life saver. Service was top notch!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 The location of this hotel was PERFECT. It’s right at the mouth of Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Just go downstairs and start ur shopping/eating adventures. There’s also a dimsum/porridge place right below the hotel which I loveeee for their food! One small issue is that the toilet is not really separated from the shower area. So if sby is showering, u can’t use the washroom and vice versa. A bigger issue is flooding—If many ppl shower one after another, and hair gets clogged, the drainage system is p bad so water seeps out of the toilet into the open area and nearly wetting the carpet itself. But overall, i love this hotel for its comfort, location, service, value for money, and more! Would rebook this hotel for my next stay.

There are also several snack bars. There are 3+1 halls and 4 rooms. 2 quadruple rooms, 1 2, 1 6? There is a quadruple room in the lobby. There are also 2 toilets, and there is one with a bath in the bathroom. It is much better than one in the bathroom. The room was very clean and there were curtains on the upper and lower bunks. The color of the decoration feels very fresh. The shoes are placed on the door rack, and the room will not smell. Below is the 24-hour store, there will be the sound of cooking speech. But the decibels will not be particularly large, and I sleep lightly and have not been affected. The sputum is not so quiet. Stayed for a few days for specific feelings, provided to the children who want to book a room for reference.

This hotel is really nice. The hygiene is very good. The front desk service is very good, the space is large, the sound insulation is good, and the hotel is very user-friendly. The service here is amazing and the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel location is very near to dong men with lots of food and shops and it is super convenient. The rooms are big and considerably clean. Overall this hotel is very worth the price and I recommend staying here. Mr Ho who works at the front desk is especially helpful to us.

This is my first visit to Shenzhen. The hotel location is just 5 minutes walk from the busy area of Dong Men Pedestrian street . Everything in the hotel is very new looks like it has been opened not long ago. The room is very clean. Everything is provided in the room like bathrobe, iron and ironing board, There is a fridge, unbrella, kettle, coffee and tea provided. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body moisturiser cream, shaver, tooth brush. The towels are new and clean. The breakfast is excellent and has a wide varieties. The receptionists are polite and there are welcome drinks at the reception when you check in. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit. We stay here for 5 nights. I almost forget that there is a gym and reading lounge at the 9 floor.

This location is super good, located in the bustling area of East Gate, next to the subway and bus station, the traffic is very convenient! We booked 2 bedrooms, with a family of young and old, living on the upper floors, so the night view outside the window at night is particularly beautiful and very quiet. The big bed in the room is also very comfortable, there is a refrigerator, washing machine can also cook. The landlord is also very good at talking and replying quickly. Every day, there is a special aunt to clean up, and there is a security guard downstairs to make people feel very safe. The only fly in the ointment is that the wardrobe hygiene at the bedside and corners needs to be followed up. I highly recommend a family of friends who come to Shenzhen to play temporarily.

The room is very spacious and furniture inside are all new. Location of the service apartment is good, just opposite 老街 subway. The entrance of the service apartment is at the back of Bank of China. Staff are friendly and helpful. First take the lift from lobby to 28th floor, then change another lift to 30th floor (the service apartment's front desk) to check in. As this is newly built building, it is quiet at night as it's not fully occupied. There are some renovations going on in different floors and units. Not all rooms come with washing machine cum dryer, need to request from staff at front desk.

I came to Shenzhen for the first time after graduation and wanted to try my luck. However, luck is as elusive as Andersen's fairy tale. During the epidemic, finding a job is not as easy as imagined. After more than ten days of going back and forth, all the sweet dreams I had when I first came here were gone. There was not much left to pay for my expenses, and even three meals a day became a luxury. Under the night rain, the East Gate no longer has the hustle and bustle of the past, and the pedestrian street after the bustling is as lonely as me. I followed the picture and came to this hotel. The middle-aged man on duty at the front desk received me slightly tired but enthusiastically. The patience shown when bargaining with him could not hide his desire to stay as a guest. The sadness behind it was like midnight. It's as cold as autumn rain. I was surprised when he agreed to my request for a 50% discount. I don’t know whether it was a similar experience or my helpless appearance that aroused his inner compassion. After a good night's sleep, I checked out of the hotel at nearly ten o'clock the next day and had a breakfast of rice rolls on the street, which was a farewell to this city called Pengcheng. I don’t know if we will meet again in this life, but the shocking empty shop and the old man on the third floor will definitely be etched in my heart. Will everything get better?
