Due to home decoration, I stayed in Hongbo Hotel for two months, and then stayed for another month. I am very satisfied with the hotel's services. The hotel is located at the foot of Yanhan Mountain, and the air is very fresh. I stayed in the hotel for three months Here, we often go climbing to inhale oxygen to wash our lungs. There is a food street downstairs in the hotel, which provides all kinds of delicious food, and provides great convenience for hotel guests. The OCT Station of Metro Line 1 is within easy reach. Next time, friends will come In Shenzhen, I definitely recommend staying at the Hongbo Hotel.

Beautiful room with a balcony and great view of city and bay. Very clean. Lovely freestanding bathtub. Amenities good, but wish they had a nespresso or similar machine. or at least milk for in room coffee. Bed also a bit hard for my liking. Was disappointed that no food available for room service after 11pm. However, they readily brought us ice bucket & champagne flutes. Front desk very helpful and hotel very nicely decorated for holidays. Overalll a super comfortable experience. Was there for a on-site event. Very convenient and great location in Shenzhen.

Incredible jaw dropping outdoor heated pool and unheated children’s water playground. A private fake beach connected to a 1.4m depth pool. Perfect for my 1 and 5 yo. Not many staff speak English so unfortunately difficult to get any decent service - even from concierge for a simple restaurant recommendation was painful. Watch out for mould in the pool. Needs closer cleaning. The room is so old and tired but they try their hardest to keep it clean. Unfortunately the ventilation in the toilet was terrible and the room smelt like sewage. Loud clubbing music was playing outside the window facing the pool until at least 9pm - I fell asleep to the sound of the beat. There’s no sound insulation so not great for light sleepers - heard 5-6 other guests walking back to their rooms at night.

It is very close to the Window of the World, and the transportation nearby is very convenient. The front desk girl A Shuang provides good service. It is said that Shenzhen is a ghost town, but after staying in Shenzhen for the past two days, I felt that the flow of people was quite large, especially in the scenic spots. The hotel facilities were good and the sanitation was very good. Highly recommended.

The service was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel could benefit of redecoration of the guestrooms, as it's showing wear. Electrical outlets should be updated and the lighting could be separated for various times of use, such as bright, or subdued lighting. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of offerings, well presented.

It’s was a nice experience with good facilities, very comfortable and relaxing.The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. My stay there was very fun, lovely and interesting. It’s a very nice hotel with warm reception, always attending to the needs of the clients for better satisfaction It’s a place I would love to stay over and over again and can’t wait to share the address to my friends.

Good location near OCT Loft. Breakfast simple and enough, amenities complete, cleaning lady was so kind. Check in process was quick. Overall everything was good. Until check out time, the front lady was a little annoying by forcing me to write a review about the hotel right then I was checking out so that I could get a breakfast refund for my child. I didn't expect any refund or reward and I'd be happy to write good review if the hotel deserve that. Even though she has apologized, I feel the need to convey this for improvement.

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

The environment is very good, the location is excellent, there is a subway station to the airport nearby, and there is a self-service laundry room on the 6th floor, which is very convenient for people traveling on business. Xiaohong's service in the front hall of the hotel is warm and cost-effective. It feels good to stay here 👍
