整潔乾淨，服務有禮，始終商務酒店難有兒童設施，不過房間內的擺設很吸引嬰兒寶寶玩樂，整天整晚都很開心。
唯一不足是玻璃有點濛瀧，還有花灑頭的邊位有點鋒利，使用上不慎會受傷。

尤其值得一提的是酒店的員工服務。前台接待人員熱情友好，為我們的入住提供了高效的服務，讓我們感到賓至如歸。餐廳的員工更是讓人印象深刻。他們的專業和細心，對於家庭入住的旅客來說，尤其值得稱讚。他不僅耐心解答我們的疑問，還提供了量身定制的建議，讓我們的用餐體驗倍感愉快。尤其是係聖誕節夜晚嘅特別活動同埋小*嘅安排。
此外，餐廳的廚師也展現了出色的服務態度，總是關心我們的需求，讓每一餐都充滿溫馨和愉悅。整體而言，JW酒店是一個非常適合家庭入住的地方，我會毫不猶豫地推薦給其他旅客。下次再來深圳時，我一定會再次選擇這裡！
最後，都想高度表揚大堂Reception嘅Carey，佢佢嘅服務同態度非常細心，而且回覆都非常之快，當然其他reception嘅員工都好值得一讚！

天啊！住了全國那麼多jw，前海這一家的態度，非常之差！拿房時前台一個馮XX非常非常之慢，全程別説笑容，根本沒有表情！退房後本來想打電話問攜程一些退房相關事項，打錯去酒店，酒店非常不耐煩🙄説一句：找攜程這裡是酒店然後直接掛斷😅……福田那一家jw比前海這一家態度好太多了😂下次佈雷前海JW！當然其他的jw態度還是很不錯的👍

JW酒店是豪華的，可惜服務真是太差。
Package是包Spa卷，到前台說沒有任何coupon, 要自己去spa問價。
前台說包早晚是不需預约的，去到晚餐大部份位都被訂，發配廚房出入位，最可笑很多訂位都沒有人來。
buffet食物精彩，但細節位做不好，湯放出來久已凍，西餐菜好似未熟。没有飲用水提供，問服務員3次先取到。服務員永遠不望你，你一行過去即走，雪糕櫃都自取，鮮窄果汁台是永遠沒人，枱上碟要叠3-4層x3排叫才有人收，自己放出櫃好了。
訂了城景單位浴缸預了望週边大廈，一落窗廉嚇**，黑色發霉完全大失沉浴心情。
服務連一星不如，完全不值一去。

1）可以隨便有人用我間房號係酒店餐廳食飯掛單埋單，當我投訴質問時，Leon 楊姓男經理諸多 推搪，不明所以，態度惡劣，咩呢餐就豁免我！我冇係餐廳午餐消費，點解叫豁免我？！我一定投訴到底！
2）酒店大堂門口車來車去，冇酒店職員管理！
