1.好吵，隔音不好，隔壁房是長期住户，家裡有小孩好吵，半夜1點多在哭鬧都能聽到，睡不好。

交通方便，有地鐵，但附近在建各種大酒店，但不影響此地睡眠，南向房。近小梅沙海灘，到海洋公園走路就行。該地區好堵車。要自帶洗浴用具。
