Perfect location and very helpful staff, good wifi

I stayed here when jt was called The Reta Hotel, but it now goes by YouMe Hotel. It’s located right at the busy SeaWorld intersection where there are many restaurants, bars, cafes and speakeasy’s. It’s about 200 m from the SeaWorld Station entrance. The rooms are modern and some even include a gaming PC which you can rent by scanning the QR code. There’s also a mini bar fridge but I couldn’t find the switch to turn it on so I just left it. The hotel needs to really get on top of its maintenance- for instance fix the broken elevator buttons and make sure the shower 🚿 hand held hose isn’t pissing water everywhere when used. I also think soundproofing rooms is essential I heard everything from the couple next door as she rode him like a cowboy into the sunset, along with climactic screaming to end the evening. I was also a little pisses about the fact you charge Diamond members 500 holding deposit when more expensive hotels in the area never do (they know I’m good for it) I think you need to change your policy.

The location is perfect. The staff were super helpful as well.

Customer service is poor. I arrived to the hotel in the morning after long night at a bar. I informed the receptionist about my extension and do not wake me up at the check out time. They kept calling and knocking the door and ask about the confirmation of extension and payment. I will never go back again.

The room was fine with city view. Almost half of the room was occupied by 2 desktop computers and computer desks. Room smells with heavy cigarette smoke. Hotel locates nearby sea world in case you are interested in staying and enjoying the night clubs and different cuisines around. Overall fine hotel with good location

Very good value for the price. Bed was very comfortable and everything was better than expected for the price.

This was the third time I've stayed there. Great location, but the room they gave me this time was not as nice. The central A/C didn't work, but they had another unit, which they failed to mention.

Good hotel in a convenient location. Room is clean and the front desk lady is helpful and friendly.

There is no hand soap to wash hands. Also, the room is a little old. Around 10:00 until checkout at 12:00, there was a loud banging sound because they were doing construction. Also, the workers were smoking cigarettes in the hotel. Smoking in the hallway, smoking in the elevator, smoking everywhere inside.

Really clean and good location.

A good room for a good price, good location. However its not the cleanest room, nor do they redo the rooms unless you request if you are staying more than one night. Also, they do not have cups for coffee or tea, if you want to have coffee or tea, just glasses. I don't think I will stay there again

I stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago and was great. It is not run by a bunch of dont cares at the front desk and the rooms are run down air conditioner doesnt work. This is not a hotel I would recomend again. Simply put terrible for a hotel that is so well located.

The last of my three days, Trip.com makes it easy to book another night. Again, they did not make up the room.
