Hotel is a bit worn but everything looks clean. Some noise from traffic outside, but Iโ€™m used to much worse.

The hotel is walking distance to the Line 2 (Hubei) subway station, takes about 10 minutes. There are many eateries near the Dong Meng shopping streets which is about 10 minutes walking. The hotel is a standalone buidling with the elevator up to 7th floor. The breakfast is served on the rooftop so have to walk up 2 level. Overall it is ok for a night stay.
Response from Property: Every period of time is not long, you are happy. A friendship is not near and far, you are in the heart, all the way to have you again hard is also worth it, no best only better. Orange Fruit Hotel East store has been on the way ~ Looking forward to your visit again!

Very clean, wonderful staff, good location near shopping and metro , nice Chinese breakfast. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel location very convenient, near to dongmen st (700m) and luohu commercial city (10mins). They even upgraded our room to VIP room. The customer service very nice and helpful. Room also same like in the picture shown. Everyday they will clean the room and even provide free washing clothes.

Overall, although I met with multiple hiccups during the entire stay, the service from the hotel staff is immaculate. They were responsive and understanding to my requests. Initially, during my first night, the hotel room was very dirty, hair everywhere on the floor, with dust in many different corners. I called the reception and commented about this, and they changed a room for me the same day itself, although it was dirty regardless, and I found hair in a new towel. After giving another round of feedbacks to Trip.com and the hotel, they offered to switch another room for me, subsequently to a newer room which was much better. I had several request during the stay itself and they were very understanding and responded very quickly, even during the wee hours.

Reception and other staffs are friendly and helpful. They provide free laundry service, quick and clean. Room is clean and comfortable. Price is reasonable. Great location. Would recommend for tourism stay.
