overall the hotel and room is ok, but the housekeeping can be better because I found used tissue beside the sofa....

Location is good but smoke smells in rooms. Seems like years of smoking inside the room. It doesn't warn guests to smoke outside of the hotel. Also receptionists don't speak in English, which is sometimes challenging.

It is very close to the train station. Simple breakfast. Reasonable price

Hotel location is very near to Xixiang metro station & rainbow shopping mall, lots of BBQ stalls outside the hotel very convenient, overall room was decent but centralized AC was off..

Great Hotel with Good Price!!

First of all, I never give bad reviews and rarely comment. I checked into the hotel after 11:30 pm that day. The first room I checked into was full of lingering smoke, so I went downstairs to change rooms. Then I found hair on the bed in the second room I changed to, and there was a little oil stain or something? I called the front desk and thought that I would just change the sheets and quilts, but I didn't take a shower at more than 12 o'clock and didn't want to bother. Then someone knocked on the door, and an uncle who didn't wear work clothes rushed in. I thought he was here to solve the problem, but as soon as the uncle came in, he began to angrily question me if I was dissatisfied. When I pointed out the hair on the sheets, the uncle clicked his hand and said he didn't see it. But he obviously moved his hair with his hands and said he didn't see it, so forget it. He also said in a very bad tone that he would change my room, and said that the cleaning lady had also gone off work and no one would change it. His tone, words and actions all seemed to think that I was making a fuss, but wasn't the reason I called the front desk to solve the problem? ? Send an uncle who didn't know where to get rid of customers? The service attitude was so bad, and he argued with me in the corridor of the room. In the end, he asked me impatiently how to solve it to satisfy me? ? And he said with a little threat, "Do you have to call the cleaning lady to change it for you? This is the last room, there is no more to change." His language was full of impatience. But in the end, wasn't it all because the hotel's cleaning was not done well? In the end, it became the customer's fault? The sheets of the room that was changed for the third time still had yellow spots, and I didn't want to bother and had to compromise in the end. I hope that when the hotel raises needs and problems, it will not find an old uncle who can't handle things to do it. This completely affects the speed of handling and the mood! !

Although the scale of the Geman Hotel I stayed in this time is not large, it is clean, exquisite and artistic, which makes people feel very comfortable. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Xixiang subway station and an 18-minute walk from Yantian Night Market Community Cultural Street. There are more than a dozen cart shops downstairs of the hotel at night (which turns into a small night market). The hotel mattress is moderately soft and hard. The breakfast is simple and filling. Each room comes with a cup of Americano or latte. The overall experience was good.

I chose this place for a business trip. The location is good, close to the airport, two shopping malls nearby, and there are many suppers downstairs at night. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the lady at the front desk is also very nice.
