酒店房間寬敞，出門便是沙灘，走5分鐘，還有非常大的戶外兒童遊樂設施，酒店送的旅拍高質（5張原片），最後加錢買了精修相片。淡季去價錢便宜，沒有什麼好投訴了。

It’s a decent hotel but the hotel is quite faraway from most restaurants. Our room had sand and the phone was not working but they fixed it eventually. The outdoor pool was also closed.

Ein Hotel welches eine sehr gute Preisleistungsverhältnis anbietet, schönes Hotel, sauber, schöne Lage am Strand, Restaurants eher teuer und sonst nichts in der Umgebung. Eine schöne Alternative für einpaar Tage Strandurlaub.

客房服務相對一般，送來的床圍就直接放在地上，真的衹是送而已。。之前住其它酒店都會裝上。
衞生比較差，唯一一個紙巾盒上面全是灰。
另外全日餐廳的菜品少，基本沒得選擇，晚餐是泰式套餐，午餐是小火鍋套餐，都巨難吃。
賓客關係主任和辦理入住的前台挺棒，看到帶小孩了直接升級了房間。

很滿意，整個酒店很新，服務員很有禮貌，早餐品質也多。這邊的沙灘很乾凈，就是浪有點大。酒店外面有個大遊樂園遛娃好去處，總體不錯。

住過那麼多度假式酒店，這家酒店真的是我入住體驗感最差的，下午3點多到了辦入住居然還要排隊，而且隊伍又長又慢，期間沒有任何工作人員指引，另一邊也有位置會員可以辦理，因為沒有指引，也沒有疏導，所以大家都不知道可以辦入住！過了差不多20分鐘辦公室的人員才出來假裝疏導，態度也不專業，跟幾個排隊的説幾句，後面又站在遊蕩了…………真的佩服這種散漫的工作態度！
酒店走廊的黴味就不説了，
真的非常大，
其次我們這次是至尊海景房，
給配的房間，直看出去的風景是衹有海，
什麼酒店的設計都沒有，
還有公共沙灘的那個鐵架，
這叫至尊海景房？？？？？
是我沒文化？
不懂至尊兩個字？
還是酒店本身衹是為了搞活動引流呢？？？？？？？？？
其次什麼酒店的配套設施，
這個月份去這個價格體驗不了泳池，小童水上樂園，是可以理解的，
但是我們辦入住後全程沒工作人員告訴過基礎設施地理位置的，
什麼小童室內樂園那些全程沒人指引，
酒店標誌得也不清不楚，
真的很討厭！！！！！！
還有酒店大堂門口賣雞蛋仔的工作人員非常不專業，
28元一份，
做出來的成品，
簡直是不及格，
這是沒培訓過就到崗？
對，早餐也是排隊的，
高峯期隊伍也是進度極慢，
其實在入住的時候可以提醒顧客，儘量錯峯用餐
多一句温馨提示，多一點點語言服務，
也不至於對酒店各種服務不滿意！
我不是那種刻意找麻煩的人，
也不是刻意想給差評，
這次是真的太失望了！

這個深圳佳兆業萬豪酒店，有點三亞的感覺了，不用去三亞了，一線海灘，度假一流，
房間裏配的皇室玫瑰洗髮水，沐浴露特別好用，度假的味道，特別舒服療愈的味道香氣，也可以購買，但不便宜，
